This was our first time here and we were not impressed. Ordered a kids penne which when they came out, take literally we're so rubbery and brown we sent them back. My husband and I ordered monte Cristo and we're told they only had one small condiment size
Raspberry sauce left, we ultimately said OK since there was a publix next door we'd just get us a jar of raspberry sauce to eat them with and share the small amount of sauce between the two of us for now. The monte Cristo were over over cooked. We were just over it at this point asked for check and that was that. Out server was very good tho.

Honestly I have never had slower service ANYWHERE. I think the only thing that keeps this location open is lego land. We have been here over a handful of times (keep giving it a chance) I have been disappointed about something every time. Not usually the food. Except this last time. My baked potato was old
So old the sides were burned and the butter didnt even melt. Service is slow. Bar service is absurdly slow. Every time we have come our food comes and we have NO silverware. EVERY TIME. Why do the hostesses not set down silverware with menus? I don't know. I feel this location is set up to fail. The lakeland Glory Days is much better.

I had been going once a week and ordered about five times. Typically, happy. So what happened this time?? Part of our food was missing and the steak had so much pepper you literally couldn't eat it. Incredibly disappointed. Would have been one star had I not had their food before.

Staff was awesome. Food was meh, but it was takeout.

Second time to the chain, was disappointed again. We were seated immediately then waited over 15 minutes, no server ever came to take our orders. We got up & went to the bar where we got great service from the bartender. She saved the night for us.

ZERO FLAVOR. cheese burger and fries tasted like nothing. I drowned it in onions and how is it possible that the onions had no flavor. The burger patty felt kinda hard. The wings could have been crispier zero flavor. I should have went to Chili’s.

Put in the taco order.They told me ten to fifteen minutes. I got there. There was no one at the to go station. Had to track someone down. They must have forgot the food. Because all in total, it was about 35 minutes

They have a large patio which is always nice. Nice sports bar with a wide range of menu options. My salad seemed a bit over priced for the size but it was good.

We where a group of 5 and it took forever to get the food never came back to see if we needed refills. No happy I don't recommend going back
