Service was subpar, long line at the counter with 1 person waiting on customers and the other individual was socializing? The wait was long. Wanted to purchase coffee but there was no coffee to purchase, or at least no coffee on the shelf? I inquired and was informed they were out of coffee? Great place to open A Coffee Shop!

I like a good cup of coffee, but have never sought out "exceptional" coffee until today, and I'm glad I did. Cool place, cool vibe, friendly people, outstanding coffee. Outstanding, as in, seriously the best coffee I've ever had in my life. Will be back often.

A friend had told us about Haven Coffee recently, so we decided to take a road trip from Orlando to check it out on Easter Monday as something different to do.The espresso was excellent! I'm not normally big on the trend towards fruitier espressos, but this was very balanced and really very enjoyable to sip. It didn't even NEED sugar, but a little sugar made it even better.I'm already looking forward to the next time, and given I also really enjoyed my Cappuccino and can't decide between just one or the other, I'll just have to deal with the big caffeine hit of 2 double espressos and get both again.My wife thoroughly enjoyed her lavender latte, lovely flavor, right sweetness, balanced, not overwhelming or cloying.Bonus points for ceramic cups! It's been over a decade since I actually sat in at a shop and had something other than paper cups.Great staff, friendly service, nice location, easy parking, pleasant outdoor seating, relaxed, unpretentious, and really good coffee. Thanks y'all!

The coffee was great- I just wish the staff would have been a little bit more welcoming. Had I not said hey how are you, I don’t think I wouldn’t have even gotten a welcome to the shop. The shop was cute & the Coffee was definitely good though. I’d love to visit again.

So I saw an article about this business, and I didn't like the connotations that were made about FL. The owner is obviously not from here and is making comments about Winter Haven on the news. You kinda made Winter Haven sound small, pedestrian, and out of touch in order to elevate and glamorize your business.
Some of the best coffee I’ve come across in FL since I moved down from Massachusetts. I stop by as often as I can. Love this

The coffee at this place is delicious, and the scenic ambiance is breathtaking. However, I was disappointed by the customer service. The server responded to my questions about the coffee options obscenely and rudely, which made me feel unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect to receive polite and friendly service. I hope the management will address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.
