This is one of my favorite health food stores, especially in Polk County. I've consistently found quality and affordable products, and can tell there is care and intention that goes into what is carried in the store. The people that work here are very knowledgeable as well. I had two moments - the first was 9 years ago, the second was last month - where I went in with a health problem that I was struggling to deal with. Both times, Taryn assisted me and not only helped me figure out what I was navigating, but helped me find affordable steps to address it. My life and health has been greatly impacted because of it.

Healthy Habits has it all! They have a great selection of quality products at good prices, a wonderful smoothie bar, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great selection. They accept HSA cards now which is very helpful. Tried out some raw milk for the first time and it was good. It actually seemed to sooth my starting to hurt throat, and dairy normally makes me all stuffed up. Had açaí at a friend’s house and they said they bought it in a large quantity from here!

I've always heard great things about this place. I decided to visit today and just spent a very long time with the owner. He is so full of knowledge and wisdom on the body, nutrition, health, etc. He has a plethora of information and breaks it down that even i can understand. I'm excited about all the things I learned and will definitely be visiting here more often. Thank you Joe!

This health store has just about everything you could need, from supplements to wellness products, and even some food and snack options. In the back, there’s a smoothie bar offering delicious smoothies, açaí bowls, and coffee. While the smoothie menu isn’t huge, every option is high-quality and worth trying. The manager is fantastic—she has such a warm and welcoming personality, and the staff always greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. Their prices are competitive, they often run great deals, and the best part is you’re supporting a local mom-and-pop business. Highly recommend checking it out!

I love this store! Nice selection of specialty foods, vitamins and supplements. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the only place I have found bread that is both gluten free and low carb and actually tastes good!

Great place to get all your holistic vitamins herbs and supplements. I came here for the first time this week and I was very satisfied with their selection. They have all the oils, vitamins and supplements I was looking for. They also offer alkaline water refills on five and 10 gallon bottles. Their fresh Café inside was delicious. They offer smoothies and Açaí bowls, both of which we purchased.

Always helpful staff. I have called ahead to get advice on supplements and find things in the store and they have it waiting for me at the counter. They have also escorted me through the store to search out what I need and help me source my list. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful!

I have been coming to Healthy Habits since 2021 I believe. I love the products and I love how knowledgeable everyone is in their job. Also they always have a sale or there's a % taken off. It's just a wonderful place to get health related products. They don't push sales on you either.

Friendly & helpful staff. They didn't try to push any sales on me. Prices seem comparable to other health food stores. They were out of a couple things I wanted, but they offered good alternatives and details on when to expect them back in stock. Andd to be fair, all the other stores I've checked have been out of the item I was in search of, so its not on them. Just a thing in high demand at the moment I suppose. Love the location! Parking is easy and it's near other places I'm always going to.

This is the only place for a Great distance that sells raw cows milk. This place is great.
