I've consistently found quality and affordable products, and can tell there is care and intention that goes into what is carried in the store. The people that work here are very knowledgeable as well. Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great selection. They accept HSA cards now which is very helpful. Tried out some raw milk for the first time and it was good. It actually seemed to sooth my starting to hurt throat, and dairy normally makes me all stuffed up. Had açaí at a friend’s house and they said they bought it in a large quantity from here!

I've always heard great things about this place. I decided to visit today and just spent a very long time with the owner. He is so full of knowledge and wisdom on the body, nutrition, health, etc. He has a plethora of information and breaks it down that even i can understand. I'm excited about all the things I learned and will definitely be visiting here more often. Thank you Joe!
