I order online from them and they ALWAYS ALWAYS!!!! Forget something… it’s so annoying that you just have to deal with it but they will forget your entire fries order or even a whole menu! They are awful, stay away from this people if you want to order in peace

Food was OK but I did not get authentic grilled chicken in my salad. It was microwaved and tasted chewy. Portion was on the smaller side - item was $16.95. Husband got beef BLT in taco shells. Looked amazing but beef was not seasoned and tasted very plain. We went to Winter Haven, FL location. Servers and staff were friendly, bathrooms were clean.

I reallllllllly wanted to like this place but…no. I’m a wing girly and wings are just my thing. These are to date the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life. The breading was completely soft and soggy and the sauce was super thin and lacked flavor. I was pushing myself to eat them. My daughter’s chicken tenders were even worse. You can see in the video the breading just soggy and falling off. Barely edible honestly. The burger was a 3/10. The only bright side was the mozzarella sticks. They were good. Service started out strong with a great greeting and impression and then we realized that we were wrong. She brought out the chicken tenders without bbq sauce to my daughter while we waited on our food. Then after stopping her to ask for the bbq sauce yet again, she brought it after another 20 minutes. Keep in mind this place wasn’t packed. Maybe us and 2 of 3 more takes with few people so I can’t even excuse the lack of service and forgetfulness. We also ordered drinks that were $10 each. Hubby and I agreed that they tasted watered down and like they had no alcohol in them. I drink once a year so I feel any sort of shot in my drink. Felt zero. Anyways we won’t be returning and we warned our friends not to check out this place. Save your money. $80 and we were left feeling like it was a waste. All leftovers were trashed the second we left. Staff needs training and maybe some different cooks or a different recipe.

I thought the burger was very tasty. I added the grilled mushrooms and onions and it was delicious. Even though I asked for the vegan burger, it came with mayonnaise. I had to ask to have it cooked separately from meat. The fries were also cold so I couldn't finish them. I wish they had vegan wings for some variety. At least they have one vegan item on the menu, albeit not a very creative or thoughtful dish.

I loved this place, it gave me island vibes. The staff was friendly and patient. We came in for dinner after a fun day at Legoland. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the facilities were clean. The food was so good and cooked well done. The drinks was tasty. The service was great.

A friend recommended this restaurant to me, so I decided to bring my family there. We arrived last night between 6 pm and 7 pm. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The service was unprofessional and lacking. When we first arrived, there was an argument among the staff about where to seat us. The young lady who the gentleman was speaking with made it quite evident that we were not welcome. Eventually, we were seated at separate tables. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, someone came over to inform us that our server, Amanda, would be with us shortly. They took our drink order, and we waited another 10 minutes for our server to greet us and take our food order. It is worth noting that the restaurant was relatively empty, which made the delay even more frustrating for my family and I. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was not positive. The management seemed disorganized, and it appeared that they should hire better staff who are more capable of handling their responsibilities. Regrettably, my family and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Haven’t been here in 8-10 years. Decided to stop in today and wow I was blown away. The food was hot and fresh with delicious flavoring. The drink I had was their cat 4 and reminded me of an island drink beachside. The staff were super friendly and offered excellent service. Will definitely be back again soon!!! We had the kids chicken tenders, 10 piece boneless wings with firecracker sauce, fried pickles and their Monterey chicken quesadilla. In addition to our amazing food my husband had happy hour with draft beer and I had the cat 4 drink! A must visit!!!!
