The food is great and not greasy, but also just perfect sub sandwiches and the like!
The people there are friendly and accommodating and professional as well! I would highly recommend going to Jersey Mike’s! Good food, good service :-)

not one to ever leave negative reviews but I placed an online order after working all day long and went to pick up my order, I was late picking it up so they decided to throw it away. when I asked about getting it re made she huffed and said “I guess I can remake it”. I’m a super sensitive person so I just decided to leave because I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Again, I never have left a negative review anywhere but it was just super nasty and not a way to talk to a customer. I get I was late picking the order up so they threw it away but it was just super rude..

Paid $11 for a sandwich for pickup and sandwich was missing bacon...no customers in restaurant... seriously?! Love Jersey Mike's but this is unacceptable. Do better.

Will not dine here at this location again. I work in an open kitchen myself and I’m standing here waiting for food and you know I observe of course but an employee came from the bathroom and did not wash her hands. Just grabbers her apron and put on her gloves and proceeded to make food. And that my friends is how viruses are spread with nastiness, careless people in the food industry.

Worse experience to come into the store. It is dirty, the employees don’t wear hair nets, the general manager attitude is disgusting. All in all this place have terrible customer service especially from the general manager. I feel a little discrimination won’t come here again

We go to Jersey Mikes at least one a month just for the Big Kahuna philly steak sub. Ordering online. But Saturday we ordered 2 giant Big Kahunas to watch Olympics, drove 20 minutes to pick it up. Drive home got ready to eat and to our SUPRISE & DISAPPOINTMENT. There was 1 big kahuna and a some kind of nasty soggy chicken bacan sub. Tried to eat it, it was terrible. Threw it out. MAKE SURE U OPEN & CHECK ORDER BEFORE LEAVING STORE, or order when u get there.

This location is despicable. My mom, my two sons & I went into this location this afternoon to get lunch. We were the only ones in there. We had a nice young lady come and ask what we would like. She got our meat ready on our sandwiches. Then, while we were waiting for that, some man from behind the counter made us come pay for the food. We all wanted water, so he gave us three of the regular cups. One of my sons goes to the drink fountain and gets ice. Then, the staff makes us go back over to the condiment and toppings counter and tell them what we want…this is a different lady that wasn’t originally standing up at the counter. She was friendly. But, this is where the whole story flipped and irritation really filled me. This rando comes from the back with a different color darker shirt and stands at the end of the counter where you pay (I’m assuming she is the manager). I look over at my son getting water and tell him that he has to pull the water lever for the water. The woman grabs the cups from us and says, “These aren’t for the water…these cups are” in a very rude tone. She proceeds to take the cups that we have been touching and puts them back into the cup stack (so sorry to all of the people behind us that got our dirty cups) and hands us these tiny white cups. My son is still over at the drink fountain because his regular cup was already full of water. The “manager” or whoever she is, continues to stare at my son until he is completely done, like he is doing something so wrong… then turns to us and says, “Now, what did we get?” I said…”We already paid” and walk away. She looks on her computer and then turns to my mother and says, “Ma’am, I don’t think y’all paid yet.” Even though I already told her we did… and then my mom showed her the receipt. She would have tried to make us pay again if we did not have the receipt. Extremely accusatory of me telling her we paid and then saying we didn’t… while we were sitting in the restaurant, the manager and all of the employees are literally screaming and talking so loud, you couldn’t even enjoy your meal. I won’t return to this location because I don’t feel like getting accused of not paying for a scrawny, cheap little 2 dollar sandwich that cost an arm and a leg where I didn’t even enjoy it because the whole crew was screaming. I’d rather take my business to subway. At least I know I’m getting what I paid for.
