I Doordashed an order today and it arrived sealed minus one sandwich. Called the store and drove to pick it up. Opened it up at home and it was full of cheese and only a few pieces of steak. Thanks a lot.

I have had sandwiches at this location and they were the best. Today both were soaked in oil. From the moment I opened the packageing nothing but oil. I called the manager and was told this is how we are trained to make them. After eating half I threw the rest away. What a mess. I will never come back for another anything. Go somewhere else and get a great sandwhich. Mike

It got busy quick, but overall I was in and out, my sandwich was good and fresh! Only feedback: face nets should be required for beards and facial hair etc.

The food is great and not greasy, but also just perfect sub sandwiches and the like!
The people there are friendly and accommodating and professional as well! I would highly recommend going to Jersey Mike’s! Good food, good service :-)

not one to ever leave negative reviews but I placed an online order after working all day long and went to pick up my order, I was late picking it up so they decided to throw it away. when I asked about getting it re made she huffed and said “I guess I can remake it”. I’m a super sensitive person so I just decided to leave because I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Again, I never have left a negative review anywhere but it was just super nasty and not a way to talk to a customer. I get I was late picking the order up so they threw it away but it was just super rude..

Paid $11 for a sandwich for pickup and sandwich was missing bacon...no customers in restaurant... seriously?! Love Jersey Mike's but this is unacceptable. Do better.
