I love Jersey Mike’s, it is one of my favorite places to get delicious subs. The service is great. I put in an app order today and wound up finishing work earlier than expected. I called the store and spoke with a lovely young woman and explained my situation. They were able to make my order earlier than requested. Thank you for the great service.

Bottom line: The employees are nasty.I’ve been here twice, the first time a female employee repeatedly ran her hands through her hair while making my sandwich. I canceled the order and left.I recently went back (a couple months after the first visit) and the male ringing up the customer in front of me licked his thumb before using the register multiple times.I worked in food service for years, it’s really not complicated. You do not touch anything from the neck up while you’re working. If you absolutely have to touch something there, you immediately go and wash your hands afterwards.
