I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr Gabriele the manager he was so polite and over accommodating the world needs more just like him…I’m suffering with cancer so there’s nights I can’t cook the kindness within him Overtook me he needs a raise and or his own location if there were more managers like him in this world it’ll be a better one thank you sir for your generosity and kindness may God bless you

This location is James Johnathan: not freaky fast, but regular speed. Faster than Publix by a long shot, but comparable to Zaxby's speed on a day when you pull up as the chicken is coming out the fryer.

Employees look like they were just picked up off the street. They seem clueless and careless. Our whole order for 6 people was messed up. So sad for such an easy process. To put the icing on the cake, the fountain machine is down… I eat at Jimmy Johns 3 times a week and never have I had my order messed up…

Went there two weeks ago. Everything was going great till I got to the window and the young employee didn’t even acknowledge me, never even gave my total just shove the card reader at me couldn’t even see it because the sun was so bright. I did put in a complaint never heard anything back.

I will say, my experience has changed for the good over the last few months of visiting this location. About 3 months ago, no issues with order, but gentleman at the window was quite rude about me not going to the mobile window when I was a drive thru pickup. There has been a complete 180 in service for the last 6 weeks or so. A different gentleman who is always very respectful, service with warmth and wishing me a good day every time. Food is always correct and constructed very well. My last visit was today 10/23 @ 5:45pm

Ordered a Vito with NO onions and got double onions on it, I took them off the top and as I was eating realized they were also on the bottom bun. I was also not given my Coke Zero that I ordered.

First off let me start by saying I love Jimmy John's and eat here often however that changes TODAY! Today I go in after work and ordered my usual Ultimate Italian sub easy mayo and easy oil & vinegar with no tomato. All I got on my sub was ham and bacon and cheese. They added tomatoes when I asked them not to. I called them to inform them that this was not an Ultimate Italian sub and the employee was very rude and dismissive. I will not spend another dollar paying an establishment with such rude employees! What they gave me was the ultimate porker! And would not take accountability for their mistake! If this was an ultimate Italian....where is the salami?

Store managers name is Victoria and I was waiting for my order by the window when I seen her fix her hair and play with her ear while making a sandwich I’m not sure if she didn’t see me looking at her but when I asked the man at the window if I can speak with the store manager he said she was making sandwiches and she’ll be right with me, mind you I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes for just 1 sandwich when she approaches the window I informed her that I seen her fix her hair with the gloves on and play with her ear and I suggested changing her gloves and washing her hands and she told me “then go eat some where else we don’t need your business”. Horrible customer service and god knows what really goes on in that kitchen back there!!!! DONT EAT HERE!!!!

Horrible would prefer firehouse subs 100% better paying over $10 for a sandwich with No cheese on our sandwiches we were told they have no sauces or condiments..0/10 would not recommend
