First off let me start by saying I love Jimmy John's and eat here often however that changes TODAY! Today I go in after work and ordered my usual Ultimate Italian sub easy mayo and easy oil & vinegar with no tomato. All I got on my sub was ham and bacon and cheese. They added tomatoes when I asked them not to. I called them to inform them that this was not an Ultimate Italian sub and the employee was very rude and dismissive. I will not spend another dollar paying an establishment with such rude employees! What they gave me was the ultimate porker! And would not take accountability for their mistake! If this was an ultimate Italian....where is the salami?

Store managers name is Victoria and I was waiting for my order by the window when I seen her fix her hair and play with her ear while making a sandwich I’m not sure if she didn’t see me looking at her but when I asked the man at the window if I can speak with the store manager he said she was making sandwiches and she’ll be right with me, mind you I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes for just 1 sandwich when she approaches the window I informed her that I seen her fix her hair with the gloves on and play with her ear and I suggested changing her gloves and washing her hands and she told me “then go eat some where else we don’t need your business”. Horrible customer service and god knows what really goes on in that kitchen back there!!!! DONT EAT HERE!!!!

Horrible would prefer firehouse subs 100% better paying over $10 for a sandwich with No cheese on our sandwiches we were told they have no sauces or condiments..0/10 would not recommend

Pulled through the drive through 3 times. Can't get the ONE person working inside to answer me or take my order ? If it's gonna be drive through only they probably have more than one person making sandwiches and taking orders. This dude is in here totally oblivious that were are out here , must have his headset totally turned off while he makes other people's food. Ended up just leaving after the 3rd time circling the building since we can't get acknowledged

I pull up one employee was outside at a car talking and the other 2 was inside doing nothing after waiting 10 mins in drive thru I drove up to the window and they said they were closed it was 8:40pm every I go there it’s some type of excuse
this experience i had this afternoon at this location was top tier. the staff was extremely friendly and patient with any questions i had. they even suggested that i add a brownie to my order for dessert. thank God I did bc it was super good, as was the rest of my order. Definitely gonna make this my regular lunch spot. Great Job

This location was good until they stopped caring about being a freaky fast sub shop and decided to screw their customers with 45 min lead times on sand which that’s less than a mile away!! The owner clearly doesn’t care about what jimmy John’s is all about.
