This location was good until they stopped caring about being a freaky fast sub shop and decided to screw their customers with 45 min lead times on sand which that’s less than a mile away!! The owner clearly doesn’t care about what jimmy John’s is all about.

Same quality as a gas station premade sandwich. For $10 for just a sandwich you would be better off elsewhere. Fast? Yes. Good? Not really, 3 thinly sliced pieces of meat, 2 slices of cheese. Only good part was it had a lot of pickles.

The manager was training someone when I placed a mobile order instead of telling the trainee to step aside she encouraged him to keep goinh and hw will get it and kept apologizing for how long it was taking. Everyone has to start somewhere!

Our first time trying Jimmy John’s, sadly disappointed. We asked for the same sandwich wrap and stated no tomatoes on one wrap and no onion on the other, instead they omitted both the tomatoes and onions on both wraps even though the receipt itself had the correct description of the orders.
This is a pickup or drive-thru only location. There is no indoor nor outdoor seating. The right lane is for drive thru and the left lane is for picking up call-ahead and mobile orders. Very fast service.

Huge S/O to Jimmy John's for taking care of us. Everything was great and the staff was Awesome. Came all the way down from Albany NY for our spring softball games. Who did we meet as our server at JJs but a College Of St Rose Alumni who was a shift manager that put together our order. We were so happy to meet her we gave her a team shirt. Thank you again for everything.

Second time I’ve been to this location. Ordered a sandwich both times that did not list tomatoes but made a point to ask. First time I was sort of rudely told that they did not come with that sandwich. I said thanks just wanted to confirm. Got home and had tomato on the sandwich. Same exact thing happened today.

I ordered my meal via the Jimmy John’s app about 10 minutes before arriving at this location. I checked in on the app once I arrived. While waiting for my food I noticed a few employees in the parking lot socializing and they clearly made eye contact with me and continued to socialize with each other. After about 10 minutes of waiting one of the employees asked me what I was waiting for and said they didn’t have an order. The app issued me a order# and allowed me to check in and charged me for my order. I complained that the service wasn’t “Freaky Fast” and asked for a credit for the food I DID NOT RECEIVE. I have since complained to the corporate complaint email and that has went unanswered as well. After years of being a fan of their food and service I must say they have definitely lost a loyal customer.
