Disappointed with My Order Not Worth the $60+ I work in a kitchen, so I know the difference between freshly prepared food and food that’s been sitting around. Unfortunately, the KFC order I received was a huge disappointment. I spent over $60 expecting a good meal, but the chicken was clearly old ,it was falling apart, greasy, and lacked the quality you'd expect from a well known brand. The fries were soggy, and to make it worse, I didn’t receive the sauces I paid for. When you spend that much money on food, you expect it to be hot, fresh, and complete. I don’t recommend this location based on my experience. Quality and care were clearly missing.
We ordered off of uber eats and didn’t send any straws or silverware .chicken looked almost undone

I've had many bad experiences in the past. This is an update from my last visit. This evening I had a good experience. I went through drive thru. Staff was prompt , and courteous. THEY had what I wanted with No wait and the food was fresh and delicious. And the girl in the window smiled and was gracious. Thankyou. I hope this service continues in the future.

Filthy, no air conditioning. Bigger spanish woman has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Didn't even acknowledge us. Stood there for 10 minutes before we just walked out. Love kfc, will never go to this location again and I've been to this location multiple times with no issues 5/22 around 4pm. The people working this day were horrible.

Last 2 times had to wait over 15 mins for them to cook the chicken. Its like they wait until they get backed up to start cooking. During dinner time this is unacceptable. Maybe 9pm but come on! Do not Waste your money here!! It is awful. You will be upset with your decision if you do. Go Anywhere but here. Last time for me.

Every time I go to this KFC I always get chicken fall apart. They don’t ask you. What kind do you want? They don’t give you a receipt and why do the chicken look like this? I always go to the one in Arbordale because the chicken always look good taste good and everything but every time going to this one on Cypress Boulevard the chicken look like this. I gave it to my doll. I don’t have money to be spinning on Food that looks a hot mess to get us sick and my kids and stuff they need to get their business right now look at this chicken. I can’t eat this. I can’t take this to my employers.

Honestly always just lazy, rude and apathetic towards work. If you go about an hour and 15 minutes before they close.., don’t expect them to have chicken… this is the third time that the “fryers have broken down” and all they have is “sides”
What’s the point of having hours if yall just close down an hour and a half early…

I order food 1.5 hours before they close through uber eats. Get the notification that my food is ready and get to the drive thru. Just to get ton they’re not making my food. I see inside the window and notice that everything looks like it’s getting cleaned up as if they’re closing. Claims that a machine is down that does the cooking. Yet I see people leaving from the drive thru constantly picking up food

This is my second time going to this location and having a problem with the food, I usually go to the Auburndale KFC which I have never had an issue. I ordered a 8 piece meal extra crispy and the skin of the chicken had fallen off of most of the chicken and there is literally oil at the bottom of the container of chicken. I did not receive the 4 piece biscuits with my order. I have been calling for the past 20 minutes and the phone has a busy signal. Unfortunately my car is in the shop and I used Uber eats to have my food delivered otherwise I would have returned this horrible food.
