Every time I go to this KFC I always get chicken fall apart. They don’t ask you. What kind do you want? They don’t give you a receipt and why do the chicken look like this? I always go to the one in Arbordale because the chicken always look good taste good and everything but every time going to this one on Cypress Boulevard the chicken look like this. I gave it to my doll. I don’t have money to be spinning on Food that looks a hot mess to get us sick and my kids and stuff they need to get their business right now look at this chicken. I can’t eat this. I can’t take this to my employers.

Honestly always just lazy, rude and apathetic towards work. If you go about an hour and 15 minutes before they close.., don’t expect them to have chicken… this is the third time that the “fryers have broken down” and all they have is “sides”
What’s the point of having hours if yall just close down an hour and a half early…
Hopefully management reads these and mashes an improvement.

I order food 1.5 hours before they close through uber eats. Get the notification that my food is ready and get to the drive thru. Just to get ton they’re not making my food. I see inside the window and notice that everything looks like it’s getting cleaned up as if they’re closing. Claims that a machine is down that does the cooking. Yet I see people leaving from the drive thru constantly picking up food

This is my second time going to this location and having a problem with the food, I usually go to the Auburndale KFC which I have never had an issue. I ordered a 8 piece meal extra crispy and the skin of the chicken had fallen off of most of the chicken and there is literally oil at the bottom of the container of chicken. I did not receive the 4 piece biscuits with my order. I have been calling for the past 20 minutes and the phone has a busy signal. Unfortunately my car is in the shop and I used Uber eats to have my food delivered otherwise I would have returned this horrible food.

Well, that was interesting. Food was done in literal seconds. Woman at the drive thru window seemed kind of ticked off for some reason. Chicken seemed a bit overcooked. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but the food didn't feel all that fresh.
The food is always delicious. I had to ask for my drink, as I drove away I realized I didn't get my two sauces. I had to turn around after I got back into traffic. I think the young girl at the window was a little spacey that day. I noticed they do put all that stuff in trays so the girl at the window can grab everything efficiently and effectively.

Every time I come here I order and pay for white meat only and they manage to put dark meat. Thighs at that. Something I don’t eat nor will pay for if I knew it. It’s just poor customer service and lazy workers. The chicken at times be old and black looking at the bone like it’s been cooked rotten and they give u attitude about changing it out.

Food is good but man this is the second time I've been to this location and they have not given me all of the food i paid for. The first time I was missing a whole box of biscuits and mac, this time I was missing once again the biscuits, but I luckily did receive the mac. Having to deal with the angry family at home is not a good feeling. But.... the chicken was good !
