This is simply bad pizza, sliced into varies sizes, a 2in wide slice followed by a 4in slice, and undercooked crust for the 1st few inches so that the dough is like warmed up piece of water logged bread with that portion of cheese and pepperoni fall off when you pick it up. Buy a Walmart frozen pizza and save yourself the 💯 worst pizza in Polk County.

I was trying to order a pizza one day and in front of me there was a roach crawling at the counter where you pay. The employee killed the roach in front of me and continue to take my order. I make it my mission never to eat at that little Caesars cause if they do that in front of you, imagine what’s going on behind you

If I could leave negative stars, I definitely would on a Sunday evening. I tried to order online and it wouldn’t accept my card. So I decided to call when I called. It went from three computers to a live person who wasn’t even at the store and who couldn’t take my order over the phone. So next best thing was to pull up to the business go inside in order. We went ahead and did that, and the young lady who attended us. Double charged me, and when I asked to get my refund, they said they would have to avoid the whole transaction and recharge me again which made no sense to me. If you’re planning on ordering pizza, or even planning on coming to this place. DO NOT COME HERE. They are scamming, or they just very poorly. Managed shame on the manager, and I want to say shame on corporate for Not, noticing this Location declining Service.

This Little Ceasars is awful. I ordered online and when I got there at the time it told me, my food was not done. I really don't mind waiting but it was the rude customer service from the manager that was an Indian lady I believe. I understand having a bad day, but I don't believe in taking it out on your customers. Explain what's going on instead of being nasty. An explanation and an apology will go a long way. On top of the rude customer service, my pizza dough was half cooked and mushy. This is not the little Ceasers I remember. Please do better!

The food here is great, BUT do NOT order delivery. They use DoorDash, and the DoorDash system does not work well with theirs. They get inundated with requests that they can’t turn off, and the order ends up being highly delayed and incorrect through NO FAULT of the store’s workers. Then, good luck getting a refund from Door Dash, which is what you have to do for incorrect delivery orders. Door Dash will not provide refunds unless you call them, email them pictures of your food, and wait two weeks for it to get approved, IF it gets approved, by a reviewer in India. I will not use Door Dash for anything.
