Experience was great the manager Cassie was extremely helpful and food was perfect.
I used to eat their pizza all the time but not because I absaloutly loved it but because it was hot, ready and cheap at $5.00. Now that they raised the prices to me it's just not worth it because it's was never THAT great to begin with I always found it way too spicy for pepperoni.

ordered thin crust well done with extra cheese pepperoni and sausage. I requested it not to be cut. Should have checked cause I hate the way they cut the thin crust. It was cut. I should have checked it. If you call that extra cheese I would hate to see it with out extra. I only had I piece that I could find any sauce on it. Absolutely terrible. I called to tell them and she asked do you want your money back? Yes I would since you did not follow instructions. Not to mention I was right on time to pick my pizza it was obviously made at least an hour before as it was cold. I was told I'd you want your money back you have to bring the pizza back. I was not going down there again. They should have offered me a new pizza for my next visit. Which will be a cold day in Hell before that ever happens again.

It has terrible service, you order an order through the app, you go to pick it up because it tells you that it is ready and I had to wait more than an hour for a classic pepperoni pizza and another cheese pizza, the employee with attitude, the pick-up code didn't work either and at the same time In the end he gave me a cold pizza that apparently had been there for a while

I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni on july 27. The pizza was baked with parchment paper inside. I went into the store today to speak with the manager (after calling and not getting anyone because the phones were down). The manager said they couldnt do anything about it because I threw the pizza away. I showed these pics with her along with the receipt. The same manager worked last night and saw me when i picked the pizza up( even had my receipt) i hope the manager calls me tomorrow, because this needs to get rectified..the casher's comment about this wasy "it's just parchment paper".. simply unacceptable. Even funnier the employ said they doubt writing this would rectify anything... Well, I gueas we will see what come of this..

Store is very musky, and is one of the dirtiest looking Little Caesar’s I’ve been to. Cashier handling food without gloves is something I will not understand right after handling money for the next customer after my wife has been waiting for her food. Will not be returning.
