I placed my order online and had to wait 15 minutes to pick it up. The pizza was a plain cheese pizza that was fresh out the oven. My cheese bread was okay, could've used some puzza sauce to enhance the flavor. I didn't see any employees upon entering, so I retrieved my items out of the warmer box that had my name on it.

This was a very unfortunate visit. I placed an order at 530pm and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the location at 545pm. When I arrived, I paid for my pizza , tipped $5, and waited. I didn’t realize I would have to wait until 715 to get my order. I would’ve left if I didn’t already pay. I didn’t think I would have to wait an hour and a half. I was given no reason as to why it took so long. I just stood there patiently and didn’t complain because I know how stressful it can be. I’m also pretty sure that it was ready and I just wasn’t told it was ready because the employee took it out of the warmer when I had seen it going in there a while back. The employee at the front was kind but there is just a lack of organization and structure in this restaurant. It was very disappointing.

Everytime I come pizza take over an hour now I come in to order and I'm told they can take my order u for 20 plus minutes in ask why he said I don't know that's what I was told.. I then ask for the manager name then was asked why do I need that.. this is so unprofessional. I then told them I'm a customer and you can deny me the manager name i was told it was Capri then asked if the manager was here and was told no not on a busy Friday evening nothing is ever hot and ready and the unprofessional employees is ridiculous so do do not come here. I tried to reach out to a customer service no one to call or contact. Worst pizza place ever when they used to be the best especially for a single parent with hungry kids and a paying customer

This has got to be the most unorganized, poorly operated place I have ever been in. I gave the 3 stars for service only because of the young man who was taking care of the customers. I think his name is Brandon/ Brendan. (I apologize if I said the wrong name.) The woman who I'm guessing was some type of manager, was foul-mouthed, loud and obnoxious. Wasn't interested that customers were steadily coming in. She just kept doing what she did best, nothing. I will not be back. I sure hope that the young man finds himself a better place to worķ.
Food is good but they are super slow you won't get your food til a hr later the workers are nothing but kids they play loud music that's not fit for the atmosphere the girls walk around with bonnets on and they be in the back loud and cursing and everybody can hear it the customer service sucks they will not come to the front and give you service you will be waiting for 30 mins for any service

Very sloppy place, girls walking with bonnets on. Everyone in kitchen has AirPods on. No one really working. And don’t let me get started on the cardboard pizza, please stop playing and cook the pizza correctly. The price is good but you get what you pay for.
