1st I will say typically we have had good experiences at this location. But we went there 12/31/25 New Years Eve.
Service was just ok, but they were busy. My problem was the ribeye steak.
It wasn't even a steak but rather a sliver of overcooked meat at $30. Everything else was fine. I may have to drive further next time for a good steak.

Our meal, although expensive, was quite good and cooked to perfection. The service was lacking intensely. We were checked on once after our food arrived. Never asked to refill drinks or if we wanted any dessert. Our tip reflects our dissatisfaction of the service. It was a little busy but not overly crowded. So no reason for neglect. It was just the two of us and $100 for two steaks and sides; no appetizers. Will be a long time before we drive from Indian Lake Estates for dinner here again .

Went for dinner at this wonderful steakhouse. We ordered 2 steaks that were tasty and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was busy, but you couldn't tell as the staff were very friendly and professional. Our server was Tammy and she was absolutely the best. Tammy is very caring, professional and always made sure our drinks were full. This made for a perfect night. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

Today's destination and delicious bite started with the spicy chicken bites with a spicy chili sauce. The chicken chunks were tender and juicy. Next, I enjoyed a crispy mixed green salad with blue cheese dressing; however, the star of the night was definitely the main course. The Outlaw Ribeye, cooked medium well, was juicy and delicious. In addition, I enjoyed the baked potato, coated in salt flakes and stuffed with extra butter and sour cream.

My wife and I went there tonight for our anniversary dinner and it was possibly the best meal we've ever had! Ms Kimberly was awesome! Our ribeyes were cooked perfectly and it was an all out awesome dinner! Their Parmesan encrusted ribeye was to die for! Well worth the hour drive!

My favorite for lunch is the grilled chicken strawberry salad. It is a nice size for a lunch portion. The veggies and fruit was fresh. The chicken was not dried out. Hubby had the chopped steak. It was well prepared and served nice and hot. The server was excellent. She refilled our drinks before we needed to ask.

Always thought of LongHorn as a cheap chain like the old Bonanza...in the same category for steaks as Olive Garden is for Italian food. Ended up at the Winter Haven location with some neighbors. I've had plenty of steaks at high-end places like Capital Grill, Morton's, Ruth's Chris, etc., but this was one of the best steaks I ever had out at less than half the price. Had the outlaw ribeye cooked medium-rare. PERFECTLY cooked. Since then I've been there 2 other times with the same result. They know how to cook steaks, period, And for $35 instead of $75, it's a bargain. Wild West Shrimp is an excellent appetizer...mac 'n cheese and brussels sprouts are perfect sides. Especially the sprouts...nice and charred with great flavor. With some wine, an app and a desert, a couple can get out easily for $100, maybe a little more. Compare that to the $250 you'd expect at other places, LongHorn can't be beat. Every server has been attentive and knowledgeable. It's becoming a once a month visit for us.
