Seating was fast which was nice, service could have been more organized. Drinks came quick, appetizer was quick, but the waitress didn't take our food order until we were done eating the appetizer. This cause a bit of delay, but overall, everything was good.

Came to get a steak for my birthday and ordered the outlaw med rare and it came to the table blue rare had them replace it and it was rare. I guess I'll have to cook my birthday steak at home and find somewhere else to eat.

TRIED to have a birthday dinner here on 2/27 and the service was very unprofessional. The host got my party count wrong and sat us(a party of 7 plus a baby) at a table for 6. We tried to make do and turn the table to get a better flow and wanted to ask for the extra chairs. When the server Cheyenne came she THREW the coasters at my party like she dealing cards, instead of walking her behind walking around the table and placing them in front of the person. If you want to be lazy split the coasters and hand them to each side of the table to hand down. My mom ended up asking for them to pass out. We proceeded to ask her to get one more chair and a high chair for the baby, she never came back she went to the manger Leah for her to tell us that they had none more chairs to give and we would have to get back on the waiting list because a party of 10 was waiting before us. We left because they were on straight bull. I won’t waste my time ever going back to this location. No one attempted to apologize for their actions.

Ordered online through the app. Show up on time. App sends me a text asking me what parking spot I’m in. 10 minutes go by and nothing. So I go inside. My order hadn’t even been started. The reason this isn’t a 1star review was how manager Leah handled the situation. She acknowledged someone should have been out. That my order was now being worked on. Then very nicely gave me some gift cards. She personally checked my order for accuracy once it was ready. That all was very much appreciated. The food was fantastic.

We stopped in today to get some lunch. We were seated pretty quickly. Waited about 5 - 8 minutes for the server. She came and brought the menus, got our drink orders. She came back and got our order. It all went downhill from there. We did get our appetizer in decent time. But then we waited for nearly 45 minutes for her to even stop back by again. And that was just a quick passing. She barely stopped to even tell us the food was coming soon. At this point, I'm out of water. My son is hungry, and we haven't even gotten the salads. She brought the salads, then dashed away again. Brought back some water, I asked about the rest of the food. Said she'd check and dashed away again. I think we waited about 10 more minutes and finally the food came out. It was good. We never got checked in on. My son ran out of tea. I had to give him my water so he wouldn't go thirsty. She brought back boxes, but didn't drop the check?? We had to sit and wait 10 more minutes for her to bring the dang check. We just left the change for her because I wasn't about to wait 20 minutes to get change back. I'm just so upset she couldn't take 2 seconds to update us on things, making us wait time and time again. Don't leave your tables wondering what's going on. Don't come back to your table feeding us excuses. I've had my share of doubles and multiple sections. You could ask for some support. Unless you just don't get support, then that's bad management. Communication goes a LONG way.

They were backed up because one of their options for cooking was not working properly. They did explain this but steaks were over cooked on mine & under cooked on my husband's. They need to cut their salad in smaller pieces as well 😒 On a good note waitress was awesome !

This is usually our go to dinner spot but tonight we were disappointed. Waited about 45 minutes to be seated, not a big deal it was a Saturday night. When we did get seated it was at a booth next to the kitchen. Not happy about that but we were hungry so we took it. Waitress was okay, she had a large party so most of her attention was directed to them. It took quite a while for our food to come out. About 30-40 minutes. I had shrimp and husband had steak. Both meals were barely warm. Mashed potatoes were cold. Rice was cold. Had to listen to the noise from the kitchen and breaking glass several times and constant staff traffic back and forth. Just disappointed and hope if we go back we have a better experience.

The manager comped our entrée so I really hate to say that even though I ordered my tbone well done and was clear about no pink, cooked all the way, it still came back medium which was disappointing but other than that the food was really good.
To packed not enough seating they need another restaurant in winter haven Florida 😫

I love Longhorn but idk what's going on today with to-go orders. No one ever came & brought out food to any of the to-go parking spots. I hope they can get it together.
