I love Longhorn WINTERHAVEN just not this location AT ALL! Well not completely, the waiter was great! He was attentive, friendly, and engaging. Unfortunately seating was horrible and the manager on evening duty Friday night the 19th, well he needs mico managing until he gets it right. My food was fine but my sister's was not. And unfortunately the large party that sat next to sent their food back multiple times because it was cold. My personal issue was just addressing how we checked in to be seated and was seated after ppl that checked in after us, after waiting 34 min. I was only trying to get an understanding and pretty much got the brush off but decided to stay anyways annnddddd it went from there.

Food is always very good. The hostess we had was very abrupt and rude. Not very nice or accommodating. This is not the norm for this location. Food is so good her attitude would not keep me away.

Went to lunch with the girls from the pool. There were a lot of groups there but our service was quick and our waitress, Miracle, was excellent! The food was amazing! Definitely going back for more!!

Everyone knows the great food here, but what stood out the most is the staff. Exceptionally busy on a Friday night, yet all were cool as cucumbers and very polite. Extra shout out to the crew clearing and prepping the tables. Y’all are the real heroes and work together so smoothly.

Pleasant experience and would visit again. Longhorn is pretty consistent, in a good way. The lunch prices seem pretty reasonable for the quality. The salads are great, so fresh and tasty! The sides are also very good. I’ve tried a few appetizers and enjoyed them as well (Wild West shrimp, spinach dip, stuffed mushrooms). For entrees, i’ve enjoyed the parmesan, crusted chicken, chicken tenders, and sirloin steak. I haven’t ever had a truly bad experience. The only reason for my rating is because they hardly ever offer promotions, they don’t have a dine rewards program and there’s always room for improvement.
I ordered the bone in ribeye. It actually had a good taste but it had so much grissel I didn't get a lot out of it.

Always crowded but bar is always open. Food never fails. Chicken bites are my to go to. And for drinks get old fashion.Parking: It's always packed but you can park in the other stores parking lot
