I order from here all the time but this time…. My grits were very lumpy and undercooked! My omelette came with NO cheese. So it’s just sausage/peppers and fried egg. No pleased! And I’m too far to go back. We threw our food away and went to Burger King. Very disappointed

Loved the food and service! TJ and Javarrs are courteous and natural servers with a spark of joy! The catfish and okra were off the hook! Lemonade was perfect blend of tart and sweet. Don't miss the dessert. The lemon pound cake was delicious. We will be back for sure.

My husband and I love visiting Louise’s Kitchen every Saturday for cake. Mrs. Louise was my grandmother’s good friend, so the place is extra special to me.
It’s become our little weekend tradition! Our go to choices are the red velvet, lime, and German chocolate. Each one rich, moist, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is always kind. If you’re ever in Winter Haven and have a sweet tooth, Louise’s is a must visit!
Took a while to get food. Waited and waited. The food was full of grease, coffee was stale as crap. Only thing that was good was the service.

1000/10 across the board. Was recommended by a friend and oh my , I wish I knew about them sooner, Such amazing food with such a great atmosphere. The owner, Justin was so pleasant with bursting with energy Which made the experience all in all nothing like anything I’ve ever had. The food. That’s the juiciest burger I’ve had in a while. The poundcake was so fluffy , Which is saying something cause it’s poundcake. And the fries crisp to perfect , Keep doing what you guys are doing because you’re doing amazing work .
