Steak was not cooked properly as I ordered medium rare and it came out raw. It was actually still blue!! The waitress was also very rude. I won't be coming back.

The waitress is great, but the restroom was horrible and I am sitting there watching roaches crawl across the floor. I will never go back again. No, I do not have it mixed up. It was myself and my family all came there for Mother’s Day and it was right there in Winterhaven Manny’s chophouse. I did not say anything to you at the time because it was Mother’s Day. Y’all was totally crowded pool house and I did not want to embarrass anyone. We were sitting over in the corner of the restaurant and it wasn’t just me that saw the roaches crawling around.

We came here for dinner tonight and our servers name was Louie, he was Amazing! He was efficient and very friendly. Checked on us multiple times even when we could tell he was very busy. Best experience I have had at this restaurant!
