This Marco's Pizza location had the worst pizza I've ever bought—hard, burnt, and greasy inside and out. The most absurd thing was the employee talking on FaceTime while serving customers. Never again.

You can't add to a Pizolli. What kind of restaurant denys the customers order, Plus they've done this before. Not a good review Marcos. Looks like you have some lazy employees. I'm not happy!!!

Ordered online and did not receive discounts when I placed the order so I immediately called the restaurant and had the order cancelled and then re-ordered. Unfortunately they did cancel my order but did not reverse the charge. I went in to get the charge reversed and the manager claimed she did. When the credit did not show up on my account after making three trips to the restaurant I was told to call my bank as she could do nothing else. Called the bank but of course they showed nothing attempting to be credited to my account from Marco's. I've emailed Marco's twice to resolve the issue and nothing but crickets from them. Too bad, I typically order from Marco's two or three times a month but no more. Enjoy the $38 you got from because its the last you'll get. Great long term business decision you made.

Celeste is truly AMAZING. She is the heart of this Marco’s Pizza. Every single time I come in for the cheesy bread, she treats me so well and makes me feel genuinely welcome. She has such a warm, inviting presence, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs when she’s there. She knows how to handle her team, she knows how to handle a rush, and she does it all with kindness, patience, and confidence. No matter how busy it is, Celeste is always exceptional sweet, respectful, and a true team player with outstanding leadership skills. Honestly, I love this Marco’s mostly because of her. She is my favorite, hands down. She’s number one to me. That said, the entire staff is very sweet as well, which says a lot about the environment she helps create. The managers should be incredibly proud of the team they have especially Celeste. She’s a gem and deserves all the recognition.

Ordered online for 4:45 pick up, arrived at 4:40 and cashier said she’s would check on the order and then never provided an update. 30 minutes past pick up time we are told there was a glitch and the order was never made. Now 45 minutes past pick up time and still waiting. Cashier is very rude and did not offer any apology or compensation for the mistake. Have never had issues here until today, returns in the future are questionable.
