I placed a mobile order for a medium fry and ketchup as I was turning into this location. It took 15 mins from when I placed the order in which I received the fries. It’s 1pm and while I understand lunch rush I do not understand 15 minutes in a drive thru

Did a mobile order in line while waiting. Quarter pounder with bacon meal. Burger was actually burnt and fries was cold. And had to pull up and park and wait on food. Poor service 😢

On 11/30/2025 at the McDonald’s on 6th st in winter haven Florida the owner/manager at 11.00 something in the morning trespassed me for no reason at all she never gave me no warning to leave at all because I had to use the bathroom she just called the police on me for no reason at all just because I am Mexican she is in the wrong for that she does this to other people to for no reason at all people should stop going to this McDonald’s because she is mean to people and my name is Eric Flores

I’m very UPSET AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS if I had time I would have got my darn money back I ordered 2big breakfast with hot cakes and the hotcakes were COLD the hash brown tasted as if it was sitting for a couple hours the biscuits were SUPER DUPER HARD … couldn’t even eat it smh… what a waste of gas and my money idk if I’ll ever return back to this McDonald if this is how they are serving their customers.. I wouldn’t dare serve people food like this and think it’s okay
