12 fries in a medium fry box doesnt calculate as a medium fry.. You can do better... and if you think it was just a coincidence..its not..I recieved 2 like this..shameful.

Im sorry but for a place that is being advertised as one of the last McDonald's with the single arch as a MUST place to stop. It is dirty and nasty. Smells like pee and it full of homeless people. It was nothing but a revolving door of homeless people standing around and asking for money. And it took 15 minutes to get our food.

Didn't want to help pushed you to so the kiosk , i told them i don't like going thru it. They said to bad. I stay at counter for about 15 min holding my order and payment. Lady came up and said I will take your order this time but you will have to do kiosk. I said mami come up here 1 to 3 times a day and 3 to 5 times a week. I don't use it, lady stated at the end of the conversation she text the mgr and theu told her take my order. In the end and 25 min later it was a 90 sec order if that. They wasted more time and headache for in the long run.

I am a frequent flyer at this location, and the past few times, I have had an encounter with an older woman, named HELEN. Each time for the past few times, you can see her walk away from the window and throw herself into the chair and get on her mobile device. This should be handled with HR, immediately. This is making the business look bad.
Worst fast food I've ever had burned bun and quarter cheese. Fries half full never again

My almost 60-yr-old sister, a cheeseburger connoisseur, just had one of the absolute "BEST burgers of her life" today from this McDonald's. It was a quarter pounder with cheese. I ordered it for her from the app. It was free bc I have so many points to use. She wanted to let people know how good, hot, and fresh the food was from here.

I've been to this location many times when I'm visiting my mom and met Anne today at the register.
She is such a hard worker. That caught my eye first.
She's so friendly and personable.
I also talked through while she was fixing some of my ordering and she kept everything perfect and with a smile.
Just really appreciated her as a whole! I'm sitting here with my mom eating and she's just working hard every time I look up!
So refreshing to encounter such a beautiful person who also makes customers feel important and special when they stand in front of her!
