All I wanted was a sweet tea, the guy did not have to yell, then preceded to yell louder when u ask just my money back for the drink. At a certain point I just said keep the drink and the money and went to sit back down and eat my food. Loud mouth followed continuously yelling you don’t want the drink , told him to get away from me with all that loud talk, he said he wasn’t loud, y’all can check the cameras, don’t appreciate how I heard laughing as the guy went back behind the counter and was rambling about something. The 2 stars is for the manager insisting I take a card, told her I didn’t want nothing but regardless I appreciate that.

Strange to say that inside they have amazing service, in a way as if it's not McDonalds. Making sure you have everything. Checking up on people earing inside like it's a sit down restaurant, not a fast food place. They don't need to, but they do. They also keep it well cleaned, even when busy. It's also strage to see it seems like they are well staffed compared to other places. Probably why their wait times are low and their customer service is excellent. I've come here a few times now to eat inside before I head to work, and this is consistent no matter what time, and what day.
Terrible service — my food was cold, so I went back through the drive-thru to let them know. They told me to pull up to the next window and then completely forgot I was there. Not even an apology. Very disappointing.

Terrible service yesterday I came they forgot my double cheeseburger handed me one patty. I came today and got a coupon for free fry and they ended up not even putting it in the system that I got my then when I told them that the fries weren’t added like they were supposed to. She then made me check my receipt and everything then told me well. It’s not there and I told her I just gave him my coupon then she goes and gets me the fries and then put the fries upside down in there rude
