Ordered online .. didn’t know I ordered the wrong location until I got there they said they would make my food but when I got to the pick up window they were dumbfounded needless to say I left with out my food and no refund

I just ordered not even 15 minutes ago, the 5 dollar meal deals in which I ask them only ketchup and cheese and didn't even have cheese and ketchup. But it has onion and pickles in which I’m allergic.
Please be more careful when you taking this kind of orders.

What an awful experience I had today in this McDonald's. Wow! I used my mobile app to order, just some sweets and coffee. I arrived at the place I went to the drive-thru, gave them my code, and she told me everything was ok to come forward. I did it. When I got to the window, they gave me just my mini mcflurry, and then they realized that my order wasn't ready, they told me to pull over in front of the restaurant because they had a line. I waited for my order and a young lady came and told me that they could not give me a Latte at that moment after the time waiting and the cashier told me everything was alright with my order. Instead, they gave me coffee, and I do not understand why it was so complicated because a Latte is a coffee with milk; I did not ask for sugar or whipped cream, just a Latte. I started to get frustrated. Anyway, I'm still waiting for my other sweets and fries. When she came back, she gave me soggy fries, and I ordered a medium size, and it was the size of the value menu inside of medium size. Plus the coffee was completely cold. What a day!!! I will not come back to that McDonald's.

This was one of my worst experiences at this McDonald's. Service was extremely slow, I was in drive-thru over 15 minutes. The breakfast burritos can not get any smaller. If they do, the name needs to be changed to burriquitos. The rolled over tips of the burritos were hard and crusty. It was just a disappointing visit. 😞

I was stopped here for breakfast before I went to work and I was told to wait at another window when I finally got my breakfast I left it takes me about seven minutes to get to work from where I was and by the time I got to work and opened my bagel it had more breakfast sauce than anything else. I only had one Piece of onion I don’t understand. Maybe the person making sandwiches is having a bad day.

I was in the drive thru around 10:45pm to 10:50pm the cashier was rude and slow and a guy had to get out he’s car go to the window to ask for he’s food we all was waiting for more than 20 to 30 minutes I have been to many Mac Donald’s never been so disappointed like today all employees there had bad attitude and they all looked under age they need better training or get new people that are willing to work and give a 10 out of 10 service my food was cold and my nuggets looked like they microwave them

I have been to this McDonald’s several times in the last couple weeks. The first time I ordered a breakfast burrito there was essentially nothing in it. I thought it was a fluke. I went again today and it was the same thing. Awful food quality and value. It was literally 3 bites of something other than tortilla.

Stood at the counter for over 19 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Manager and employees kept looking at me but not one even attempted to ask if I needed help. Manager is more concerned with drive thru than customers at the counter. Pathetic management and even worse customer service. Highly recommend going to another McDonald's.25 minutes to pick up a doordash order. No excuse for the pathetic service. Owners need to do something about this restaurant.
