One of top 3 best mcdonalds experience and im not proud but I eat at a lot of different mcdonalds. All the food was super hot and fresh; arrived in a timely manner. Staff was attentive, Kamila noticed me at the counter immediately assisted me. Cant complain.

The food and service at this location has progressively gotten worse. I spent 20 minutes in line waiting on food that I couldn't eat. I ordered a #7, only got 1 burrito which was hard as a rock, same with the biscuit. The kids working this store have caused the decline in quality and service. 1/10 would not recommend. I hate Wendy's and would rather eat there..

Can’t believe I’m actually having to write a bad review about this place but went there this morning ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel (meal), sausage egg and cheese McGriddle I get home to finally dig in and the two main sandwiches were fine(I think) but I go take out the hash brown and it has been clearly bitten into no pieces in the bag or even crumbs for that matter. Disgusting and just makes me think of someone had the audacity to do that then what else did they do to the order. Obviously I’m not going to be eating the hash brown and obviously I won’t be back

Guy rang my order up wrong 4 times , I had to tell him over and over , they made us pull to the 3rd window and it took them 17 mins to make two small frapes

The service was good, and the burger ingredients were fresh, but the large portion of fries was a bit disappointing—it was way too small. Maybe they could use a smaller container?
The evening crew is rude and hasn't been trained. We come weekday mornings with no problem but Sunday night expect teenagers that dont care and have attitudes.

I understand they are trying to move forward with technology but to have someone waiting at the register for 10 mins and have no one come up to attend is a bit much!!! They focus mainly on the drive thru forcing people that want to order with a person have to order through the kiosk. Not everyone wants to order through the kiosk
