6pm ordered a mcrispy chicken sandwich, came with no sauce, only pickles and bun and the patty, took a bite and that shi was not soft the patty was hard like it wasnt cooked properly or still frozen, they need to fire whoever made me that burger

I ordered curbside and my food sat in the window for 4 minutes before they brought it to me. Then the girl took her time walking to me. Once I got my food it was cold.

Should have checked the reviews before going . They're right, not the best place. No mochas at all. The place has absolutely no ketchup, a McDonald's with no ketchup can you believe that? And to top it all off they got the order wrong.

My wife and I visited your restaurant on 11/22/2024. We placed our order and waited 30 minutes for the order to come out. The order was completely wrong. I had to wait 15 minutes before someone asked me what I want. Told her the order was all wrong. She took it back and gave it to won of the cooks. After waiting another 30 minutes I said what’s taking so long. She went back and said something to another person. I then asked to speak to the mgr. after another 15 minutes, no one came. She finally came and fixed the order put it in a bag and threw it on the counter. Never said I am sorry.

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They NEVER get my orders right, the food is never ready at the pick up window, and half of the sodas in their fountain haven’t been replenished in MONTHS, yet they still serve the nasty carbonated water. The owners clearly don’t care as long they’re raking it in.

Okay, I get it's Sunday morning, and everyone had a busy saturday. But if you are so damn tired and you move so slow, it's like dead lice could fall off you faster. It was not only VERY rude while taking my order in the drive thru, but when I got to the windows, I was asked to pull to the next window. That's fine because I now know why. The person that took my order gave me my order, and said "HERE". I checked the order. Well, low and behold. They forgot my sausage. Very politely, I asked the employee as she was slowly walking back in " Miss," she looking at me said, "" What?" I told her "I'm really sorry you dont like your job, but something was missing from the order." She said." I'm really tired. What is it you missing? I told her the sausage. She okay, walked back in long enough to get the sausage, came to the window and practically thru the bag at me, and shut the window. I get home and as I'm on the phone with the manager, telling her that she may want to let that poor girl go home and get some sleep, because she may be too tired walking to deliver a order to a car, and may get hit my a car or fall asleep walking. At that point, my husband said look there is a "HAIR IN MY FRAPPE! "" The manager apologized and askeded me to come back and she would replace the order. I told her no, that wouldll not be coming back. So they won't have to worry about messing up one more persons order. I can't believe in general the employee's are screaming they want more money to work there. It's truly sad. I really hope that poor girl gets some sleep soon.

Whoever runs this McDonald’s should check their employees. I order curbside Togo. I wait in my car for 30 min and watch 30 cars go through the drive through. Which I can’t drive through because my truck is 10 ft tall. I go inside after nothing for 30 min and all the employees and joking and laughing and not working more so playing around. And now magically my food is ready and waiting. Why have curbside pickup if you’re not gonna use it. The owner should re evaluate their employees. 100%

Over all not the best experience I've had. I know how hard it is to multitask ...... but this location seemed to be running around making many mistakes and not producing quality food. Rushed missing alterations customers had requested and causing more issues. I advise for them to really take a moment and make sure they have fully completed each order correctly
