This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s in existence! Orders are always wrong and wait times are ridiculous! I ordered through the the app tonight and sent someone to pick it up from my household. 35mins wait! Then the order was wrong! My wife went back to correct the order because I would have not been so polite and they just gave her the missing bacon On the side for my burger and gave her the missing items that were and hour old and cold, Idk if you have ever eaten 1hr old McDonald’s but it is discussing. I didn’t eat my meal because it was cold and gross. When I tried to call while my daughter was waiting they just picked up the phone and set it to the side so they didn’t have to talk to anyone.

The order was taken fine. I paid I got pulled up. They forgot a drink. I got questioned about whether I actually had a drink or not and when it came down to the fact that I did have a drink waited over five minutes for someone to bring my drink while I’m pulled up in the drive-through. I have to get out my car With a child. To go in and grab my drink , don’t pull up for these people

I go through the drive through. Ordering usually, I give the lady my card . Mind you it was 5 dollars for the meal and I give her the card and it says it only took 4 when there was 8 on the card. I’m like can you try again because it should work because there was money in my card I showed her my account and everything . And she goes , really😒 with a rude remark and saying “I don’t know I just want to go home this is stupid” saying she needs a manager for the fingerprint on the machine and I said okay it’s fine I can just pay in change, and the lady proceeds to say whatever just go. Like?! Terrible service I’m never eating here again. If you don’t want to deal with rude people don’t go here find another McDonald’s. Your welcome 👏

I’ve been here MANY times since it is my local Mcdonalds. The service is TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been told to pull up to the third window and been forgotten about MULTIPLE TIMES for more than 30 min. Everytime I order my food it’s either missing sauce on the burger, cold food, or it seems like they reheat it in the microwave. The employees are very rude as well as the NIGHTSHIFT MANAGER! I do not recommend this Mcdonalds at all! HIRE NEW STAFF!!!!
