The order was taken fine. I paid I got pulled up. They forgot a drink. I got questioned about whether I actually had a drink or not and when it came down to the fact that I did have a drink waited over five minutes for someone to bring my drink while I’m pulled up in the drive-through. I have to get out my car With a child. To go in and grab my drink , don’t pull up for these people

I go through the drive through. Ordering usually, I give the lady my card . Mind you it was 5 dollars for the meal and I give her the card and it says it only took 4 when there was 8 on the card. I’m like can you try again because it should work because there was money in my card I showed her my account and everything . And she goes , really😒 with a rude remark and saying “I don’t know I just want to go home this is stupid” saying she needs a manager for the fingerprint on the machine and I said okay it’s fine I can just pay in change, and the lady proceeds to say whatever just go. Like?! Terrible service I’m never eating here again. If you don’t want to deal with rude people don’t go here find another McDonald’s. Your welcome 👏

I’ve been here MANY times since it is my local Mcdonalds. The service is TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been told to pull up to the third window and been forgotten about MULTIPLE TIMES for more than 30 min. Everytime I order my food it’s either missing sauce on the burger, cold food, or it seems like they reheat it in the microwave. The employees are very rude as well as the NIGHTSHIFT MANAGER! I do not recommend this Mcdonalds at all! HIRE NEW STAFF!!!!
I had to go inside tonight because the outside line was so long and I have to say I have never been surrounded by such chaos . I felt like I was watching TikTok reels in real life. It was a total dumpster fire of a situation. People angry all over, employees are like deer in headlights with no clue what is going on. I lost count of how many people I watched repeatedly asking for items they needed or that were forgotten, only for employees to then walk away and get immediately distracted and not get their items. It got to the point where someone actually walked behind the counter themselves to get it because no one would get it. I totally understand being overwhelmed but this was next level. The crew was crashing and burning and I hope they made it through the night because that was hard to watch. I’m leaving this review in hopes of management either providing some additional training on how to handle these busy times, or scheduling more employees during those hours. This crew needs some support.

The drive thru is very slow and after waiting in line they ask you to park to the side. Food is good sometimes and sometimes it's been under the heat lamp too long.
