Horrible service. I order from the app and select curbside pick up waited almost 30 minutes and my food never came. Had to go inside to get my food and it was sitting right there in the counter.

I stopped by to get a mocha frappe for mom and they shoved it out of the window without the first napkin. We noticed residue on the cup and after another mile or so I realized the cup was completely split down the side. I had to stop at a dollar store to buy a cup so we wouldn't loose anymore of her drink. My mom is 85 and when she wants something I try to accommodate. I wanted to do the review but they didn't give us a receipt so I could do the survey. I once worked at McDonald's as a kid and I know when one of those cups Crack it's noticeable. Laziness is all I can say for that crew. That went thru 2 sets of skilled hands but no one cared enough to fix it.Melinda Carter

Made an online order around 7:30pm and chose to pick it up in the dinning room. Waited almost 30 mins for my order. They had 7-8 employees in the back and 5 of them were just standing around eating. The only one working hard was the older lady making the fry’s and pushing orders out the window. The other 2 were doing the bare minimum. I felt so bad for the door dash driver that was also picking up. He said almost half his pick up orders to that location get cancelled by customer because of how long it takes to get the food. The night shift really needs to tighten up.

We have alot of McDonald's in my county, and even worked at one before. But at this location is by far my favorite. The staff is always friendly even if you catch them around they business time you still get greeted with a smile. Service is fast and good ? , so far no complaints from me and I will continue to come back. Thank you guys for all your hard work ?

Worst McDonald's around. Wait over 10 minutes for a simple BEC biscuit and hash brown. Will absolutely never go to this pathetic place again. Horrible management. Need new management fast! Stay away unless you don't mind wasting time.
