Terrible service rude person lakeland Moes in much better
What happened? Moes has been a favorite for many years but my order yesterday was awful. The quality of the meat went downhill significantly. Two bites of chicken were so bad I won't be ordering again. I've noticed similar issues at multiple chains - its like the quality of frozen Tyson chicken and heavily processed or fatty. I understand food prices are high right now but businesses are cutting the wrong corners.

I have been ordering burritos through Uber Eats and the quality of the burritos are questionable. A $15+ burrito that is only 5 inches long on my last order and had something burnt and mysterious. See the photo. I do not recommend this place and have my receipt in case I get sick from this burrito.

WOW!! Seems like all the staff are new amazing people! For the first time in 3 year that I have lived in Winter Haven, the service and food were excellent. The tables were impeccably clean! Please, keep it up! 👏🏻🙌🏻👏🏻
