The food did not taste fresh at all. There was no flavor. I can honestly say I did not enjoy the food at all and will probably never eat here again.

The AC must have been off, it was super hot inside. The worker kept apologizing for being new and was unsure of a lot of the questions we asked. Chips were inedible as they were soggy and greasy to the point you could fold them in half without cracking them. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

What happened? Moes has been a favorite for many years but my order yesterday was awful. The quality of the meat went downhill significantly. Two bites of chicken were so bad I won't be ordering again. I've noticed similar issues at multiple chains - its like the quality of frozen Tyson chicken and heavily processed or fatty. I understand food prices are high right now but businesses are cutting the wrong corners.

I have been ordering burritos through Uber Eats and the quality of the burritos are questionable. A $15+ burrito that is only 5 inches long on my last order and had something burnt and mysterious. See the photo. I do not recommend this place and have my receipt in case I get sick from this burrito.
