Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This Olive Garden restaurant is the best I have visited. The wait time is quite reasonable. The front-end staff is very pleasant. The food arrives promptly. The waiters are very attentive. The atmosphere is enjoyable.

Im happy to say Olive Garden has been my go to Restaurant since I moved up North of Palm Beach County. I have a neighbor we are both Disabled Veterans RW has also been my ride or die partner to Olive Garden. Very nice and respectable Staff, we have never had a bad experience. For over 11 years we are still happy to brag about Olive Garden services. Listen, they have these $6.00 entrée you can take if you purchase a meal, purchase as many of these dishes your heart desires. I have moments I dont want to cook, so I pull out my spaghetti dish throw it in a ceramic over pot add some garlic bread, now I feel right at home. Please, try them you will not be disappointed. KUDOS to Olive Garden Staff and most importantly the Chef) all this happens at Olive Garden on Cypress Garden Blvd, Winter Haven FL. !!!!!

So me and my family all went to eat there and I tell you the waitress was rude and in the bad mood. I guest she was having a bad day so we came very hungry and we did had some problems with the food i have brought lasagna classico and it was kind of cold. Didn't have a good taste. But to be honest being as though we was all hungry, I ate it the way it was the bread that they gave us for appetizer was kind of not warm enough and it had a piece of hair on it. I'm not one of those customers going to be so dramatic and make a big show. You know we enjoy our dinner. The best that we can, because we all came in very hungry from a long trip i've travel. Had a family gathering of five people.And customer service, our server was very rude, and when we asked questions, she was giving us short and quick answers. I know it was busy this was thursday night last week there were a few other problems with the food. Don't remember offhand but next time I prefer to go somewhere else, maybe applebee's, or even carabao.

The food was good but just a little pricey. Italian is not one of my regular ventures. The service was great. They have a very nice wine selection even though I didn't partake as it was lunch with my mother and sister. The ceasar salad was very good, and they brought a whole bowl to the table. The breadsticks were good, not over seasoned, and neverending. I ordered the stuffed chicken marsala, and it was served with loaded mashed potatoes. It was flavorful, and the portion was enough.

Wine was warm and no chiller was provided. My food was over-salted to the point it was not edible. Wife had soup and salad so that was fine. Manager as well as the waitress both apologized and offered other dish in exchange and take it off the check so definitely service is good. Place appeared recently renovated and clean. Planty of parking.

Excellent service. My wife got some minor food allergies from the smell. Yes, some allergies can trigger by smell. And the staff was so kind, they even took my delicious looking shrimp Alfredo, that I couldn't taste, from the bill.

I had to come inside after I ordered twice today in curbside , both times my breadsticks were not fresh, the second time I ordered the girl said they just came out the oven and they weren’t even hot. I’m sick with a bad kidney infection and am not dressed to come inside , and am in pain when I walk. It’s real frustrating when I even tip you to bring my food out and have to go inside afterwards for you to have lied or mistaken the fresh ones. The first encounter I got 4 breadsticks and they were so hard I couldn’t bite the ends. I’m sure that Nobody wants stale , hard, or cold breadsticks. The female at the Togo station that brought me my food to my car , had looked at me crazy when I said my breadsticks weren’t fresh. She said with an attitude “they literally just came out the oven” I told her can’t be , bc they’re barely even warm . This is around 8:10-8:20 Tuesday march 18th.

Were from out of town, Ocala area. And if our olive garden was as half as good as this we'd probably go alot more. Food was great, server, Joshua, was great, over all environment was great. The restaurant was constantly being cleaned by the busser, who seemed to really enjoy his job, little Spanish man, who really needs a raise if he hasn't gotten one lol.
