Today I just had the best experience I’ve had in a long time in this location. Just meet Ronin and this guys just made us feel like we were dining at a 5 star restaurant. Props to him that made us feel so welcome.

Today's service was terrible. We had a server and it is only his second day. So I understand mistakes but they didn't have him training with anyone. We waited 30 mins for our salad and soups and literally our food came out less than a min later. So we couldn't even enjoy them because our food would have gotten cold. The bread was hard and old and the salad wasn't made correctly. Then we got charged for every soda refill. I asked if that's normal and he said yes. Since when is soda not free refills? That's new to me.

After 20 minutes seat down on the table. I press the button to call my waiter he pass next to us like 4 times , and look at us we are a family of 4. The server don’t even acknowledge us with at least something like”please give me a couple of minutes coming right back”,or don’t even offer water or any drink, if something like that would happened we totally understand because is busy.
Then the host seat down 2 more tables 1 right our side and the other one and the same area and they get the beverage at least before us. I just get my stuff and walk out my wife explain everything to the manager was a very uncomfortable situation and more than we was there like see him passing look at us and decide to go to the table that just sit down. Very sad, merry Christmas hav a good night.

Disgusting rude service from our server Melissa.
My son ordered the unlimited soup and salad. We tried to share the salad among everyone at the table luke usual.(son doesn't eat salad)
She gave a judgmental look and pressured me to order another soup and salad.
I wasn't very hungry so my husband gave me the soup that came with his meal(everything comes with unlimited soup Or salad). AGAIN SHE GAVE A JUDGMENTAL LOOK.
She then came out with two bowels of soup trying to charge us for another unlimited soup and salad.
At this point we DIDNT WANT TO EAT because we felt UNCOMFORTABLE and JUDGED as cheep or something. Her expressions and aditude was unnecessary.
We left basically as soon as the food was delivered.

It was a great meal the waitress was very nice and helpful the food was delicious and the atmosphere was great I would recommend coming here not just for the food but the service is excellent and the price is very reasonable as well
