Took my family here for a birthday. Been here 4 times in 24 months for birthday dinners and all times we order the blooming onion. All 4 times it comes out dark and with a burnt taste. When we go to other locations no problem golden brown and done right. This location they just can’t seemed to get it right. Hope one day they can figure it out. Doubt that we will be back!

Went here for my son 15 th birthday for the first time in winter haven being that we recently moved to the area and visiting restaurants in the area let me begin by saying this place looks , feels and smells old the food was mediocre the waiter wasn’t to bad not very intentive I do not recommend this restaurant this place needs a makeover I nearly puked and mind you i didn’t order anything everyone else did , a party of 5 never again

I'm a frequent visitor at this particular Outback. I get bored sitting at home so I hop in my car and drive here to enjoy a pleasant dinner alone. I usually sit at the bar, and the bartender, Summer (totally went to school with her but I don't think she remembers me lol) always takes the best care of me. I'm not sure of the lady's name who dresses like a manager, I want to say it's Josie but I could be wrong, but she is always super friendly and inviting. This last visit, she was talking to me about her not-pecan pie recipe and went out of her way to just start up a pleasant conversation . This is why I enjoy eating here so much; they never rush you out of the door, you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like, and it's just a pleasant environment.

We finally went back to Outback after staying away for a good year. My grand daughter wanted to go so we obliged...For a steakhouse, they just aren't that good. My husband and I ordered the porterhouse to share. We asked for Med Rare and it came out with no pink. It was heavily peppered, my mouth was on fire. My salad had the wrong dressing which wasn't the end of the world, it was just another "thing". The blooming onion was good, no issues there! Our service was prompt, we were seated quickly (thanks to call ahead seating) and drinks stayed full. I admit to being a steak "snob" but if I'm paying $30 for a steak, I expect to get what I'm paying for. No, I didn't complain, that's not my thing and I'd hate for them to toss a steak and redo it, that's such a waste! This is just my opinion, I'm just not an Outback fan?♀️I know where to go locally to get a good steak, I'd rather support local...Parking: There is plenty of parking, it naturally gets pretty full during their busy dinner rush.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome there and they do offer a good kids menu

It may be because we always visit on busier nights of the week, but service here tends to be very good but a little slow as time goes by during the visit (except food comes out pretty fast). It's fine if you are not in a hurry.Food has been consistently good, and prepared as asked (such as temperature of meat or adjustments to salad).

We walked in with a party of 40 and the team was so welcoming! To give you an idea of the impact of our party, we are a baseball team with separate checks for each family.Our servers, Bobbi and Juliana were phenomenal! They did not skip a beat. They did everything perfectly and they went above and beyond for us!Our food was delicious and served quickly.The manager Adam was also super accommodating and pleasant!I would recommend this location to everyone, especially if you are in a large party!

Bobbi and Juliana were amazing. We came in with a large party with little notice and they handled it like true champs!! Adam came out to help as well and as the manager, he made sure we were all good! When we come back as a team, this will be a dinner night for sure!
