Vegetarian options: I don't know anyone who's a vegetarian. But I'd say it's a good place for them.
Parking: Everyone was nice 🙂
Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom door was heavy. If I were in a wheelchair I wouldn't be able to open it. 😕

Love the food they made with care and fast serving inside. But outside was messy and trash everywhere. i guess it would be better if the management take action on this too.

My husband and I were having lunch at this Panera Bread in Winter Haven and there was a young pregnant girl with her father at the table next to us and suddenly the manager woman yells from the back of the kitchen and came to the table next to us screaming and yelling at the couple. I felt so bad for the young girl. The restaurant was packed out and everyone was staring at them. The employees stopped working to watch. I really think that the manager should have handled things in a more tactful, peaceful, professional way. It was a very unenjoyable lunch to say the least!

THEY GOT EVERYONES ORDER WRONG. PEOPLE WERE UPSET AND YELLING ! THEN THE MANAGER STARTED YELLING AT ME IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT, MAKING EVERYONE UNCOMFORTABLE?!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW SHE ACTED AS A SO CALLED “MANAGER”. Even the employees were embarrassed at her actions! Jenn, the unprofessional manager should be fired!

I was so excited to learn that Panera offered gluten-free options. After being diagnosed with an allergy, you feel like you can't enjoy some of your favorite places anymore. However, when a family member tried to pick up something for me tonight, the entire staff except for one man were very rude. They said things like they didn't have time for all this allergy stuff. " I ain't got time for all that " she said. Another employee said it was stupid for us to try to get food from them. They didn't even have the decency to walk away from the drive-thru window before insulting the person picking up the food, and saying all these things right in front of them. To talk that way about a customer is unacceptable. No one was rude or imp polite to them, they just started making comments about not wanting to change gloves and such. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat here if you have any kind of allergies. They don't have to worry we won't be back to spend more money. We have been valuable customers for years. I had visited a couple weeks ago and had a pleasant experience, but that was during the day and the manager was present. I guess the night staff bring a totally different lack of quality.

Sloppy mediocre sandwich stale bread and missing ingredients. Sadly the tomatoes were mush and cucumbers see through and slimy… picked them al off and I paid extra for extra provolone and got one slice and they did not put my requested red onions on either. Never again. Very disappointing.
