Very inconsistent with my lattes. Sometimes they mess up my order really badly. Like I asked for 4 espresso shots and the latte tasted like pure milk with a tiny bit of coffee in it. Sometimes I ask for sugar before it's prepared, and they don't sweeten it at all. Sometimes they get my order right, but it's always a risk that they'll mess up your order. I am hesitant to order here again, especially since I've been a loyal customer for about a year now.

Service was great,polite. Clean establishment Food was delicious. Only disappointment 😞 was i couldn't get a pastry .unfortunately there was flies crawling all over. I brought it to the employee attention but she just waved her hands over to scare the flies. They should consider placing thier pastries 🍰 in cake stands with clear covers to protect from flies . I however bought tasty chocolate chip cookies that were sold bagged. I would go again but I wouldn't buy pastries if not properly displayed.

I specifically instructed them to not put bacon on my sandwich twice and when I got my order there was bacon. I had to throw it out bc I have a serious allergy. so disappointed

I know there’s always an expected amount of base parts of the lettuce in a salad. But when over half of your salad is hard white pieces that you paid for, kinda sucks. I’m gonna have to drive farther to a different Panera just to be able to have a salad option.

Vegetarian options: I don't know anyone who's a vegetarian. But I'd say it's a good place for them.
Parking: Everyone was nice 🙂
Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom door was heavy. If I were in a wheelchair I wouldn't be able to open it. 😕

Love the food they made with care and fast serving inside. But outside was messy and trash everywhere. i guess it would be better if the management take action on this too.

My husband and I were having lunch at this Panera Bread in Winter Haven and there was a young pregnant girl with her father at the table next to us and suddenly the manager woman yells from the back of the kitchen and came to the table next to us screaming and yelling at the couple. I felt so bad for the young girl. The restaurant was packed out and everyone was staring at them. The employees stopped working to watch. I really think that the manager should have handled things in a more tactful, peaceful, professional way. It was a very unenjoyable lunch to say the least!

THEY GOT EVERYONES ORDER WRONG. PEOPLE WERE UPSET AND YELLING ! THEN THE MANAGER STARTED YELLING AT ME IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT, MAKING EVERYONE UNCOMFORTABLE?!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW SHE ACTED AS A SO CALLED “MANAGER”. Even the employees were embarrassed at her actions! Jenn, the unprofessional manager should be fired!
