Horrible store horrible pizza horrible employees they need to fire all of them and rehire people with some sort of decency and work ethic. I ordered 4 pizzas and they all are burnt and taste and look horrible. I ordered 4 original crust pizzas, they weren’t original crust not even thin crust they are burnt disgusting crust pizzas photos don’t lie.

My son and I placed an order earlier in the week. I do believe it was on Tuesday. We don’t eat pizza right away as it comes in as we have things we were doing, but I still happen to find something that shouldn’t have been in there called and talked to Mrs. Tiffany, might not say from the beginning of the conversation to the end. She was so professional. She kept apologizing, even offered to remake the order for us. I had already planned to order from them the other day again for that day because I have cancer it’s easier for me just to go through them. She was even very much so professional with taking care of that if you were looking for a pizza joint with awesome Customer scare. I strongly advise that you go to Papa John’s here in Winter Haven number one top-tier Service thank you Miss Tiffany for your help you are an angel

I’m trying to get a pizza from the website bu I down and can’t give me m pizza dough which adds up to a free pizza. My complaint is the website sucks. Why advertise got a free pizza with pizza dough buck when you can’t use then. Th food is awesome, but the website sucks. I still ordered my pizza, but no points on getting on my new order. Why offer a free pizza when you’ll never get it.

This was the second time we've gone there, and it was disappointing today the least. We ordered 2 large, 1 sausage and 1 pepperoni and a tray of brownies. The pizzas were overcooked and burnt in spots making the crust very tough and bitter there was barely any sauce or cheese on them, the amount of pepperoni was adequate, but there was hardly any sausage on the other one in fact some slices were practically bare. The only good thing was the brownies. The business itself looks old and grungy. You guys need to do better.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and garlic knots. I also payed extra for extra dipping sauces on the side. I got redirected to DoorDash for delivery. My order status showed it was delivered for nearly 10 minutes. Eventually I called my delivery driver and asked if he had arrived and he said he has been here. He never contacted me and never knocked on my door. When I opened the door to see where he was, he was standing there and I said “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you knock.” And he said “I didn’t knock. It shows to hand the delivery to the resident. So that means you should be outside waiting for me.” HAND TO RESIDENT MEANS KNOCK ON THE DOOR. When I opened my order all my sauces weren’t there and the pizzas were cold and sauce less. I would have been better off getting a frozen pizza. I waiting on hold for 10 minutes twice trying to resolve this to be told. “We can give you a credit for next time, but the driver was given the sauces” THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. don’t order delivery at this location. You are going to have to pick up your order if you want it to be right.

Our pizza was supposed to be to be only half pepperoni and then our cheesy bread had a big chunk of cheese missing. I get that when the dough cooks things shift around but if quality was a priority that would’ve been fixed or redone.
