Ordered 2 medium pizzas and garlic knots. I also payed extra for extra dipping sauces on the side. I got redirected to DoorDash for delivery. My order status showed it was delivered for nearly 10 minutes. Eventually I called my delivery driver and asked if he had arrived and he said he has been here. He never contacted me and never knocked on my door. When I opened the door to see where he was, he was standing there and I said “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you knock.” And he said “I didn’t knock. It shows to hand the delivery to the resident. So that means you should be outside waiting for me.” HAND TO RESIDENT MEANS KNOCK ON THE DOOR. When I opened my order all my sauces weren’t there and the pizzas were cold and sauce less. I would have been better off getting a frozen pizza. I waiting on hold for 10 minutes twice trying to resolve this to be told. “We can give you a credit for next time, but the driver was given the sauces” THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. don’t order delivery at this location. You are going to have to pick up your order if you want it to be right.

Our pizza was supposed to be to be only half pepperoni and then our cheesy bread had a big chunk of cheese missing. I get that when the dough cooks things shift around but if quality was a priority that would’ve been fixed or redone.

My pizza is "ok" but I ordered a "well done crust" I will have to put in in my oven to " crisp the crust ". Otherwise I guess I am satisfied

I will never eat here again I called to place a order. I walked n a lady who claim to be the manager was went to grab my order to bring it to. I look to the left the cook named Chloe scratch the back of her hair and proceeds to make pizza Chloe did not wash your hands. I let the manager know what I seen. And I told the manager I don't feel comfortable eating it if she made my food because of what I just. The girl with the green shirt who claim to be a manager she didn't have a name tag on but she did tell the cook name Chloe to wash her hands. Chole asked her why. The girl who kind of manager she just said just wash your hands . I will never eat here again I called corporate I was a regular here for years never again. I'm glad that I walked in early and saw that. It won't get my money again.

Sign on door reads that this place is open until 1:30 am. Also has a buzzer to push after 10 pm. So I am a door dasher. I push the buzzer. I can see employees clearly looking at me. I look at the time 11:56pm. Ignored me the entire time. If this place was closed then they should have said so instead of leaving me standing outside buzzing for whatever to open the door!! RUDE!

Food was cold and not kept warm and was not packaged correctly. Brought it to workers attention. The worker claimed they was short staffed and received help from the drivers who don’t know how to package order but shouldn’t all orders be checked before it is handed out.
