April was an amazing wait person, she was doing it all from seating guests to taking orders, refilling drinks, bussing tables and being a cashier all with a smile on her face.

Wow free pie free kids cookies with kids meal Great service Super friendly people with good food. manager had our kids cracking up she even gave them balloons for my sons birthday. We will be back for sure

We ate here often but a few years ago management was terrible. We waited 2 hours for a meal that was not very good. We stayed away for a while. Today we went back to give them another chance. What a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent and the food was great. Our server Amanda was amazing. We had drinks immediately and our food came in about 10 minutes. We are planning on going back again soon. We'll probably be there several times a week. We are so glad things turned around. We enjoy eating here. We will ask for Amanda again. She made us feel welcome.

Perkins food is mostly homemade. The eggs are fresh eggs unless you order egg beaters. The pies and cookies muffins are all baked on site,never frozen. I was once the safety officer there. It was my job to ensure that the restaurant was safe. That encompassed from the parking lot to the food that is served. Perkins takes customer safety very serious. Although I no longer work for them my family and I can dine at Perkins and know we won't get a foodborne illness!! I 💘 Perkins!!

Awesome server who was SUPER patient while I was visiting with my Grandma and helped my friend who needed assistance with their mobility scooter. The food was great, as always. Definitely recommend.

Awesome quality of food with service top notch. Food was hot and correct. Waitresses are on top of everything and go far beyond to make sure you are happy. We highly recommend this Perkins. Easy access off of Cypress Gardens Blvd. right across the street from Legoland Florida resort.

Went in expecting an ordinary dining experience, but the food quality and service was amazing! The strawberry festival of food is on going and the strawberries were excellent. The skillet meal was nice portioned and great flavors of chicken, onion, red pepper and rice. Don't forget they have a nice variety of wonderful pies and cakes to compliment any meal. Just a Great experience and am looking forward to a return visit soon!

Food was pretty good but the service was amazing and made us come back the next day. Joy was such a pleasure and even remembered my sons name the next day when we came back. She was so nice to my son that it really impressed us. Rainbow Pancakes- Amazing! Waffle- very good. Everything Omelette with egg whites- delicious! Scrambled eggs- oddly disappointing. Was more flakey than fluffy.

We had a mini (42+ people) HS reunion at Perkins, Winter Haven, Fl. The staff was very sweet, really cared that we had a good time. The waitresses were outstanding! I am so sorry I can't remember their names, but I am sure they remember. May 2nd.

We visited Perkins twice during our recent stay in Winter Haven. Both visits we were helped by server, Traci who was awesome on both visits! Very attentive and responsive! Our second visit, I had an omelet which was made by Jaime. I think the BEST omelet I've had in awhile! It was perfect! Thank you for the awesome experience and meal!!

Unfortunately, the kitchen was not able to do the job in a timely manner. When food was finally delivered , 1 hour later, the omelet meals were cold and the pancakes were yet to be delivered, etc. Server was too loud in her apologies about time but defended herself with announcing she was doing all she could. On the plus side all meals were picture perfect and tasteful.

Our new home town favorite. Everything on the menu is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Makes you feel right at home.

We brought our mom to Perkins for breakfast on a busy Saturday morning. We were greeted quickly and seated within 8 minutes. Traci was our waitress and was very helpful regarding menu substitutions and suggestions. She was very busy but took time with us and gave us great service. Thank you Traci - we will be back :)

The last two times we came here. We had to deal with the screaming coming out of the kitchen. It sounded like a bunch of 12 yr olds arguing over a toy. The manager Patricia was just standing there,when this was was going on. So me and my wife complained about it. To the waitress. She said well I'll see what I can do but they didn't listen to me. And i Said well isn't that the manager job? Don't get me wrong this food is good. But when I go out to dinner with my wife I like to be able to relax and not keep on listening to people screaming. This seems to happen all the time at this location. It didn't used to be like this, sad to say that we won't be back

Great deal on their muffins right now. Food was very good but they had to recook my egg. Bacon was very crisp, just like I ordered. Great service.
