Previously, I have ordered here and the food was great. And I no doubt that the food is great this time. However, I am unable to eat the food because I ordered a vermicelli and after pan $19 and was asked what did I want in it and I said chicken And the egg roll without peanuts. I get home there are no peanuts, but they are shrimp which I am allergic to. I called the restaurant and the young lady that answered stated. This particular order comes with shrimps and I said to her you asked me twice and I told you chicken unbeknownst to me. So she states that you can bring it back in it is 1243 and I have to go back to work at 1 o’clock and I’m unable to. Then she goes back-and-forth pretty demeaning and I said I don’t wanna go back-and-forth. How can we rectify this and then she said, but you are going back-and-forth. I asked for a manager after waiting 10 minutes no manager on hold I decided to hang up the phone. Here are my thoughts.1. The food can be great, but if the experience isn’t it, cancels out the taste of the food. To the person that was working at the cash register as well as 10 and two the dining room seems to be overwhelmed, and the place is short staffed. She needs to take a course on how to treat people that help pay for, her salary4. I am unable to eat this food, and I don’t have time to take it back because I do not get off of work until 8 PM tonightTherefore, there is no resolution I am just out of $20.

I love coming here and getting the BÚN BÒ HUẾSpicy Rice Vermicelli Soup with Sliced Beef and Sliced Pork cake it is so good and always delicious every time I get it especially with the spicy flavor and you can add more spice if you want and the bean sprouts add a crunchiness to the soup which compliments the soft but think rice noodles very well

We have given this place multiple tries. Food and service has been highly variable. Today we placed a fairly large to go order. I arrived at the designated time, the food was out on the table, but I sat there and waited for 10 minutes while the food got cold and the waitress too busy to cash me out. She told me she was the only one there with the cook. The food continues to go downhill, I think we are done ordering from there. Too bad, we really wanted to like this place.Cold food, bad service. Done

The best ? PHO around! I enjoy dinning in, the place is very quiet and never crowded. I also recommend their Spring rolls with the peanut butter sauce...bomb!
We’re new-ish to the area and have struggled to find good pho and spring rolls. However, we’ve found our new place! The spring rolls (we order ours with pork only) are delicious and most importantly, the broth was made well and was very tasty.

Absolutely AMAZING!! The fried pork dumplings were #1 they were so crispy on the outside and juicy and hot on the inside ! The pho was out of this world, the broth was so fresh and had so many bursts of flavors, the meat was tender and unbelievably delicious and the bean sprouts tasted SO fresh and crunchy. The crab rangoon you can tell was fresh crab and it was just so so good.I will come here over and over again !

My family had an incredible dining experience at this pho restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Elizabeth. Her attentiveness and warm demeanor made the meal truly enjoyable. The pho itself was delicious, with rich, flavorful broth and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant for both its scrumptious food and outstanding service! Will be back :)
