Very disappointed, I order from them and it got delivered to the wrong house, they touched it and now my family can’t eat, I tried calling the store and the manager from (7-9pm on a Tuesday night) march 4, accused me of scamming and wouldn’t even remake the order for me knowing I have proof and it got touched by the neighbors and I was willing to come to the store, he still wouldn’t believe me and hanged up as if I weren’t a customer in need of help. I reached out to DoorDash awaiting a case with no refund or food, thanks a lot. If some one above him is reading this, what would you do differently?

Awful quality. The manager and staff cant follow simple directions on how I want my pizza. I brought it back as it was all made wrong and they kept my money and the pizza and didnt remake my pizza. They didnt follow a severe food allergy request and told me it was my fault. Told me it was uber eats responsibility that I ordered from them and not pizza hut. How does management justify stealing from a customer?

I placed an order for delivery, and the food never arrived. We called the establishment and they notified me that they had knowledge, that the driver had made a mistake with the delivery location, according to reports it was already on its way to the correct place but never arrived.
Every time I go to this location, my pizza is missing topics. Tastes fine and service is efficient but I don't care about that if I'm not getting what I paid for. Will not be going back to this location

Required mores speed and Priority to orders that's been paid Online. especially when they are ordered by a third party that makes them more expensive. If an estimated time is set, please follow the estimated time. If not, give a longer estimated time if the store is in a rush time.

Delivery drivers are very efficient on making on time deliveries. I had one driver get in a rush to forget my drink and went back to the store for it. I do get my food accurate, both hot and fresh out of the oven. My drivers know how to find my location now than they did last Fall when Google maps had it wrong. The drivers are friendly and I never had to call the store for any complaints.The pizza melts are very good but the all Meat flavor is what I generally order.I still like Domino's but Pizza Hut has a $10.99 large 3 topping pizza that is $2.00 cheaper, Also Pizza lets you order 4 drinks on a deal any time you want.I have been getting hot and fresh food and cold Pepsi. The bread sticks can get cold fast but are delivered warm. Pizza Hut does use Door Dash to make deliveries when they are needed. It shortens the wait times on busy nights.
