Ordered the “TV special” Pizza/wings , through the Pizza Hut web site Received a text that my order would arrive 20-30 min. Have to say it arrived w/I the time frame. BUT 1. Pizza was cold 2. They delivered through Door dash 3. Door das driver did not understand or speak English AT ALL 4. Part of the order was $14.00 + Del. And Tip for the wings , WINGS DID NOT ARRIVE 5. Called P/H and the girl gave me attitude which upset me , stated I would have to take it up with Door Dash , I told her 4 X before she got it that I DID NOT CALL DOOR DASH , she told me “don’t yell at me or I’ll hang up on you” now I was with someone at my house and they said I was not yelling BUT you could hear me upset in my voice. 6. Rep put me on extended hold to talk to manager, then came back on and said “ we will get the wings out to you in approx 30 min.” I let her know we have a gate and gave her the code for the driver, HOWEVER, she never gave that to the driver and driver never called me just texted that she needed gate code not letting me know who it was” I then just said Thank you and hung up. Have to say the wings arrived w/i 18 min. And they were delicious not much sauce though. When I moved to W/H 4 years ago I was told about that “Stand Alone” Pizza Hut and tried to order something from them but did a pick up and after 40 min they never made the pizzas , I said I’d never use them again BUT I did, NOW PROMISING , I will NEVER use them again after a Terrible Cold Pizza and terrible CSR phone experience with a total Check for $40.25 Dogs liked the pizza - the pepperoni (took off )

This pizza hut is particular. It is just for to go orders or delivery. The services were "goodish", but not the best, they forgot my drink and when I asked for it, they told me, what's drink? The drink that I ordered, then they looked at the order and told me ahhh, yeah. I love the new hut box, very good idea, and what they serve is enough food for a person. However, how to plate it is the key, I just received a river of BBQ on my order, plus it's supposed to cover all the chicken breast, but instead, it was a river, literally, was too much on the little cup, not on my chicken. Was a mess in that area. Please be careful when you pour the sauce over the chicken or give us an individual packet to dip in.

Ordered delivery last night and was extremely disappointed!!! Horrible greasy pizza!!! I was only able to eat a slice and a half bc I started feeling sick half way through the second slice. The breadsticks were over cooked and over greased couldn’t even eat one!!! Just no!!! Waste of money!!!! After paying for delivery and tipping driver almost 45 dollars down the drain. Highly not recommended… if I could leave minus stars I would!!! Please do better!!

Ordered online. Requested curbside delivery. I finally went inside. Employee was not courteous or friendly. Employee didn't even open the box to show me the pizza. I felt I was a bother to him. I'm Not going back. For a medium pizza it was over $18. Half had sausage, peppers, mushrooms and onion and half had tomatoes. Over priced. It was hand tossed and under cooked.

Terrible pizza, to much cheese not enough toppings, dog didn't want it either. 35 dollars for just one large, disgusting pizza. Not going back ever 716 pizza is the place only I will go from now on.

Don't order delivery from here because you never know when it will get to your house. They don't have delivery drivers they use door dash. Was supposed to be delivered 1705-1715. Received my ice-cold pizza at 1730. I asked for a full refund and was told I would get one. We will see if they actually follow through.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a worker, they instantly asked for my order after a small chat. The food arrived quickly and tastes great. 10/10 Would recommend.
