I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during a recent takeout visit to your Red Lobster location. I had not visited Red Lobster in over a year, but on this evening I decided to place an online takeout order at 7:33 PM. I was advised that my order would be ready at 8:03 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at the estimated pickup time and approached the bar area, where three bartenders (2 men and 1 woman) were present. Despite all THREE making clear eye contact with me, I was not acknowledged, greeted, or informed to wait. I stood there patiently for over five minutes before anyone spoke to me. Particularly one male bartender stood out, I believe he's a red-head he looked over at me multiple times and never said a word to me. Very disgraceful behavior. This specific bartender appeared to have a 3" wound/scar on his cheek, it was bright red as if it were new. Being that this is a restaurant, he should've had this covered with a bandaid, no one wants to see wounds before preparing to eat. Eventually, one bartender checked on my order and informed me it was not yet ready and would take a few more minutes. After an additional wait, another employee came out and advised that the order would actually take another 30 minutes. At that point, due to the extended delay and lack of communication, I requested a refund. It then took several minutes for a manager to come out. While the order was cancelled, I had to ask whether I would receive any proof or receipt of the refund, as none was initially offered. The manager ultimately printed my online order receipt. Throughout this entire experience, I interacted with FIVE different employees: three bartenders, one hostess, and a manager, and not once was I properly addressed as a customer or offered an apology for the inconvenience. The lack of basic acknowledgment, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. Given the number of seafood restaurant options available, this experience makes it unlikely that I will return anytime soon. I ultimately chose to dine elsewhere (Salem's) where I received more bang for my buck and better service.

The last time I will go to red lobster. The greeting lady was the only good thing here. Once we got seated it took forever for the waitress to come over. They had no real silverware and she said some was getting cleaned. This was a quick stop after Legoland idea and it didn't pay off. The rolls are still good though.

I ordered the salmon dinner. I asked the waitress, what sides are there? She mentioned the asparagus, but she did not tell me it was 9.00 extra. If I had known that, I would have said no asparagus. Very deceiving, to make it a higher bill. Also, asked for a knife. Never got one. Not thrilled with service at all. Won't happen again

We had a great visit for my father in law’s birthday and Christmas lunch thanks to Yari. The food came out at a great speed, and all of our appetizers & entrees were delicious. Our best visit yet to a Red Lobster restaurant. We will be back if we are in the area again. The service was top tier and left an impression on us. Thank you Yari!

I was at lunch this Christmas for my dad’s birthday, we had Yari as a server and she was exceptional! Her recommendations her personality and attentiveness spoke volumes for the whole establishment. The food was amazing from appetizers (crab dip/lobster dip) to the finale which was a decadent warm chocolate brownie. Can’t wait to go back and will definitely be requesting Yari!

Goodness... for the price and the amount of time you sit there waiting for refills or your food...

It was a disappiontment. Food wasn't fresh.. the biscuits under cooked, service was blah... but they sure bill you like you are at the Ritz.

I would have been better off getting a filet o fish
