The $25 all you can eat shrimp fiest is the best deal out there (just Mondays). The staff is super friendly, funny and knowledgeable. We will be going back. The seafood feast is on the expensive side, but the flavors are fantastic.

Terrible service at this place. Food was okay but took for we to come out. We did not get our biscuits until after we had our appetizer and we had to ask for them. Drinks had no alcohol in them whatsoever also had to complain about this. The people in the booth behind us were also complaining about the service. Will not go back ever. Two stars because I did enjoy the crispy dragon shrimp. They were delicious.

(Ordered through uber eats) What a joke, first we have the $20.39 southwest bowl, the shrimp looks like it was just heated up in the microwave not cooked in sauce like its suppose to, and its missing stuff. Next we have the $16.79 lobster dip that was filled half way and barely had any chips in it. Lastly we have the $22.19 fish and chips that barely had fries in it and was missing the steamed broccoli. So save your money and get food somewhere else

If I could give zero stars I would. This restaurant is a freaking joke. My husband his cousin my self and our 2 children have been craving red lobster. So that’s where we went. We walked I got sat at a booth for 4 when there is 5 of us. No biggie we handled it. It took 20 minutes for a server to come by and the. She said I’ll be right with you ok. Ok no problem. Another 15 min went by and she had the bartender come take our orders. 15 min later our drinks came. The bartender spilled a shot of cognac all over the table. Cleaned it up with napkins but never came back with a towel to clean the table. I ordered a strawberry lemonade. It uses a puree. Well there was something in it that I was allergic too. I started breaking out in hives and took emergency meds to help. I had gone to the server and explained the situation. The mgr immediately came out and asked if we wanted our food to go so I could get home without having to use my epipen. It took them 30 minutes to get our food to us. Thankfully I had emergency meds with me to help with the allergic reaction. We get home about 20 min later and pulled out all our food. Everything was so messed up and we didn’t even get my kids food!! Mind you they’re 3 and 6. It’s almost 10pm. They’re freaking hungry. $124 for food that only one of us liked. Waste of damn money and time. Idk how this place is still opened!

During a time when it seems harder and harder to find a stellar Red Lobster with the true “Red Lobster” vibe and food, this place is still a good one. The food took a little long to come out, but it was perfectly done when it arrived. Our bartender / server was excellent. There were a lot of employees that just seem to be sort of loitering while the rest handle business. Overall I would recommend giving this location a try.

Prepare to sit and wait just to get a table even though there are not many guest. Rolls come out after dinner is served. Waiter/waitress lack of interest. We kept coming back hoping it was just a bad day but that was not the case. It has been horrible service each time. They need new management that has people skills and knows how to run a proper restaurant. I'm an easy guest, no demands etc. They even ran out of salads one day and something else which was a normal staple for red lobster. Would not recommend. So disappointing

I don't know if you have a shortage on cooks in this restaurant but this is the second time we have tried to eat here and the wait was RIDICULOUS. The first time we simply left after waiting so long but this time we actually did get our order taken. I should have read the recent reviews before coming back this time. I was told by the waitress that everyone else in the restaurant was waiting for their order also. This place needs to just close up.
