I usually go here on the weekends, staff is extremely friendly and always helpful if you cant make up your mind on the awesome selection of pastries. Coffee is exactly what you would want when you ask for it, no weirdness just pure joy in cup haha

This has now become my favorite coffee spots.The service is beyond excellent. I’ve been here when they are busy and the lady’s treat every customer with respect. They all are very welcoming and friendly. They have a great variety of delicious treats, sandwiches, coffees, and more. There is indoor and outdoor seating. You can always take your order to go as well. The desserts are very rich in flavor and you have the option of getting your desserts warmed up. I look forward to returning and trying out more of these delicious treats and items on their menu.10 out 10

Very good atmosphere with large outside seating. Ordering by size is like Starbucks. Overall not bad coffee, a tad pricier than most and had a burned taste. Good seasonal options available. This would not be my first option in Winter Haven.
