The staff was so kind and easy to talk to — great conversation and even better service. I absolutely loved the chai tea! You can truly taste how fresh the ingredients are. It’s so much better than the artificial chai teas you get elsewhere. I will definitely be back!

That was really like really bad chai. I’m sorry the ice cream looks delicious but that chai I couldn’t take another sip. It was pretty bad. Please work on that because I love the atmosphere and all of it but that chai made me second think coming back.

Absolutely love this handmade ice cream! 🍦 The flavors are unique and so creamy, you can really taste the quality ingredients. Every scoop is a little piece of heaven. The staff is friendly and the shop has a charming, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend for anyone who loves real, handcrafted ice cream!

Absolutely the best ice cream in Central Florida - visited with a friend and got two flights so we could try 12 different flavors. All of them were incredibly delicious! My personal favorites were coffee and chocolate - two flavors I love and will often try in ice cream shops as we’ve traveled the world - Ripples’ execution of both set a new standard for me! They also had my favorite coffee in the world (Ethos Roasters) and a full Espresso menu!

They don’t offer samples here, which makes it harder to decide on a flavor, especially given the prices. The ice cream is very overpriced in my opinion. I paid $5 for a half scoop, and the portion was quite small, so I can’t imagine how much a regular scoop would cost. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price.

Loved this handcrafted ice cream spot at Bowen Yard! The flavors are super rich and full of character without being overly sugary, which I really appreciate. You can really taste the quality ingredients. The location inside Bowen Yard makes it even better—great vibe, easy to get to, and perfect for enjoying a treat outside. Definitely a yummy stop I’d recommend! Have been here a couple of times and have been warmly greeted each time!

Decent ice cream. Not being able to sample a flavor sucks when your spending almost $8 on ice cream. Also our 3rd time going and out of cones on a Saturday saying they are pretty much closed at 730.

The fact that they don't offer samples to try limits the customer experience. And the fact that the gentleman who served us had a very arrogant attitude didn't help much. Even so, we bought two ice creams without being sure, and we didn't like either of them. We won't return, and I don't recommend them.
