Absolutely fantastic experience this morning for breakfast, my wife and I got takeout. Portions were perfect, pricing was more than fair, and the owners were lovely. Food was hot and fresh, pancakes and home fries especially were amazing, we ate too fast to get any pictures !

Dont let my rating fool you, the service and atmosphere is almost there! They are just getting their restaurant up and running and serving right out of the kitchen! Their $5 pancakes , shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles are the BEST we have ever had. Anywhere else!! Nothing beats it . They are going to have an event space, and cute little eat in area. The vision is there! They only have between 1-3 people working so service is lacking but that’s not their fault, they are starting up again, I’m sure once they officially open to the public that will no longer be an issue! I’ll be back again… especially for those grits!

I ran into this restaurant looking online and decided to order from them…Gee Freaking Whiz🙌🏽. Just awesome and delicious, it makes no sense how good this food is and seasoned to perfection!!!

If you live in Winter Haven or near Polk County and are looking for a good wholesome breakfast stop by Royal Breakfast Bar it’s a new establishment with great tasting breakfast items and the best part it they also have a drive thru!! Please try the grits they are to die for!

Me and my family stopped by for breakfast. The man did seem as if he wasn’t to familiar with the register but overall everything was great! The food was GREAT!. The prices were fair. The owners and staff were amazingly friendly . Better than IHOP !

I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up no one was there, they were closed. I asked the manager of the grocery store their in side of and all he could say is the store has nothing to do with their business. I’m out of my money with no food. This is NOT ok!!!

I called to place my order over the phone. I told her I was driving down to her by the time I get there my food should be done because I have to be at work 8am, when I got there my food wasn’t ready I ended waiting for 10 mins for my food and the potatoes wasn’t cooked. I asked her for the price over the phone she told 9:50$ something. She over charged den she changed the price to 11$ something so I asked her I thought you told me it’s was 9$something she said oh shoot the price changed, mind you I ordered the same breakfast last Friday for 8.99.

I had to go back later to get food because the grits had about 20 minutes more to cook. I was disappointed because that should have been started so it would be ready when you open or shortly thereafter when your breakfast rush shows up. I went back later for food although I had waited until after opening time to get breakfast. When I went back, I got the fish and grits. The food was nice and hot. The fish was cooked very well with a nice crisp in it. Although it is served right on top of the grits, it does not get soggy. The grits was okay but the fish was very good. Different kinds of seasons are used to flavor the grits. It may fit some people‘s taste buds very well, but for mine it was a weird flavor for grits.

The employees were very, very nice, friendly, and approachable. They were friendly, and so the service was good. The one thing that really bothered me is the pricing. I was given a copy of a menu that morning, and when I went back to get food. The same menu was displayed on top of the counter. When my fish and grits was rang up, it came up four dollars more than what was posted on the menu. When I inquired, I was notified that the prices had changed. And I was told that the online prices are the most up-to-date. If that is your case, as a business owner, the prices that are displayed should immediately be changed as well. Especially since your display is a paper menu slid into a plastic standup frame. That’s easily changeable. Always be forthcoming with your guests.

I had haven’t gone back since that initial time. I would not have paid that much for the fish and grits if it was displayed and I knew I only was getting was a singe piece of fish (not a large piece; 1piece) with grits and nothing to give it that wow factor! No eggs or toast like others places give and for a lower price usually.
