I came in and was served by KJ, who was a very kind and attentive bartender and made me a delicious Ruby Relaxer! The whole restaurant looked polished up and the food was delicious, I had the carbonara and it hit the spot. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

By far the absolute worst 20 minutes I've ever spent in a restaurant. Came in and was seated pretty promptly, the sever walked by the table at least 5 times before greeting the table. When he finally did, we ordered everything (drinks and food) I had a special request the server "couldn't understand" so I asked for the manager who was great and was able to "accommodate" what I wanted. Then the server (Carlos I think cuz he never said his name) and asked us what we wanted again and still no drinks. When I asked for the manager again the server said "I don't even know what's going on" and that was very clear. Seems like the server was too high to do his job. We won't be back.

We did a Mobile order and they hardly included any fries with the orders as well as messed up the orders.

I took a family member out for a late lunch, and we enjoyed our meals thoroughly. I must say, that the restaurant was not very crowded, however, it took an extremely long time to get our food. I must also share, that I was very surprised that the Garden bar now cost an extra fee and is not included in meals or can be substituted for sides. I have not died in a Tuby Tuesday’s in tens of years, so this change may have taken affect a long time ago. Nevertheless, I was surprised. Please join the rewards program and sometimes that garden bar is offered at a very discounted rate if not free. Julian was our server, and he had had a great personable demeanor that was appreciated. He was very accommodating. There was interaction with the manager, Tonya, who was extremely professional, about business, and took care of our needs. I wish all managers and establishments would jump in to assist and be as personable as Tonya was.

My husband and I went for dinner for his birthday. We ordered the same thing. Rib eye steak, half rack of ribs and a baked potato. I asked for my steak medium and he asked for medium rare. Unfortunately the medium rare steak was way over cooked and my husband sent it back. Something he has never done. The 2nd steak was done perfectly. I was expecting a thicker steak but it tasted good except for the fact it was luke warm. My baked potato was half the size as my husband's and the skin was really thick and uneatable. Unfortunately I have a sensitive mouth and the hickory BBQ sauce on the was too peppery for me so next time I will be more careful with my choices. If there is a next time. The server was great. Her name was Donna. I'm not a complainer and never leave a review but I was greatly looking forward to this dinner and I was greatly disappointed.
