Do not ever order takeout from this restaurant. This is normally one of our favorite restaurants to dine in. My wife wasn't feeling well, so we put an order in online. Their website has a section where you can let them know what time you would like to pick up the food.

They do not pay attention to this and made our food immediately and let it sit on the counter for an hour. The pho was cold and the fried food was soggy. The manager said it wasn't their problem and insisted that they don't see the request for time on their end.

To be clear, this is their own website, not any third party site. The lack of service for a mistake on their part has me fuming over a meal we paid good money for.

$20 for this…not impressed with either quality nor quantity. The Pho was also mediocre.

Edit: To be clear, I picked up at the store and paid regular price. After tax and tip, it was easily $20 and I had an extremely small portion of food.

Would've gotten twice as much food for less money at the big chain Chinese fast food place down the street.

We love this restaurant! It’s absolutely delicious every single time. The service is speedy and kind. Highly recommend if you’re looking for Asian cuisine.

Why would you say open and not be open? Tuesday afternoon… no one there and lights off.. google says open, the door says times you should be open and you aren’t.

Great PHO and Banh Mi sandwiches. I don't know why this place is empty at peak hours. Try it you will like it if you like Vietnamese food!

We decided to try it due to good reviews but left very disappointed. I ordered rice and pork and they were so cheap on rice and veggies. The rice was not fresh and was too dry. I had to order an extra bowl of rice for $3. The pork seasoning was decent. Husband had noodles and it was edible but not great. Overall, would not be back.

I’m a Sebring customer. Awesome food and service-always. All working hard to get excellent food to you quickly. A nice quiet quality restaurant. Please don’t bring screaming kids in here!
