Drove 35 minutes from our home just to buy 2 bags of their "good ice" only to get them and it's not even their ice! I could've gone to the dollar tree ¾ mile from my house and gotten this ice instead of digging out my electric cooler and spending an hour and a half out in the heat-between the drive there and back & the wait to get the ice! I'm just VERY VERY UNHAPPY that they did that! Why say that y'all sell bags of your "good Sonic ice" when you're definitely NOT selling your good ice?!! NEVER AGAIN....TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!!!

I waited 10 minutes at the intercom and no one even said anything so I drove to the window and seen Multiple employees doing absolutely nothing, and would not even turn their head to look at me while I was sitting at the window, trying to get a hold of someone. I ended up having to knock on the window multiple times until someone came to the window and opened it. They proceeded to act like there was no problem after I have already sat there going on 20 minutes. This was a terrible experience and I believe there needs to be new management or someone go in there and pay attention to the employees and make sure they are there to work. Food I give a 3 star, Service and attitude from employees negative stars
I had an inconvenient mishap on an order last week. My cheese sticks and french fries were completely forgot about. I called up and the customer service was excellent. Jamie was very friendly. Fixed it in a timely manner and I'm very pleased. Will be coming back to this one again

Warning! Had a breakfast sausage burrito here last week, it was the most disgusting, inedible food I've ever seen. I took one bite and immediately spit it out. Inside was a grey mass of egg and sausage covered in black grill scrapings. I can only guess how sick I might have been from eating it. If this was accidental, it's just plain stupid. If it was deliberate, much worse. See the photos and ask yourself if you would want anything from their kitchen. Do NOT eat here!

The speaker at the menu in the drive thru didn't work. I waited 10 minutes pulled up the window. The employee was rude and sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. Then told rudely again she would get my order in a minute. I waited 5 minutes then left. She could have at least apologized for the wait instead of having a spicy attitude 🙄
