I had an inconvenient mishap on an order last week. My cheese sticks and french fries were completely forgot about. I called up and the customer service was excellent. Jamie was very friendly. Fixed it in a timely manner and I'm very pleased. Will be coming back to this one again

Good fast service, server was polite. Had some trouble understanding ordertaker through speakers. Sonicburger was messy, but good.

I placed an order for just one Sonicburger, not a combo. The restaurant was not busy at the time, just 4 cars on lot. There was a manager in a corner stall with friends talking and laughing. He was there from the time I pulled in until I left. I waited over 20 minutes, and my sandwich was never brought...
