Went to this location last night at 7:30 they was out of St. Louis ribs, white meat, chicken brisket, and other things got finished eating waitress never came back to the table to ask if we needed anything I asked for a glass of tea to go and it was barely 8 o’clock and they’re open till 930 on Saturdays and the waitress gave me understanding they was out of tea and she wasn’t making none. My family frequently this location and have never had a bad meal or service. What the manager did this evening topped every experience I have ever had since ever going to sonny's for several decades now. I was having to place an order online to be picked up as we were not able to dine in, had a couple of issues with the app so figured I would just walk in and order. We came to the new Sonny's in Winter Haven for the first. We sat at the bar and our waitress/bartender Catherine(Cat) was amazing and she was so friendly and helpful. She really knows her job and everything about Sonny's. Will definitely be back!!!!
