My family frequently this location and have never had a bad meal or service. What the manager did this evening topped every experience I have ever had since ever going to sonny's for several decades now. We came to the new Sonny's in Winter Haven for the first. We sat at the bar and our waitress/bartender Catherine(Cat) was amazing and she was so friendly and helpful. She really knows her job and everything about Sonny's. Will definitely be back!!!!
My family went here for a dinner a month ago. I guess when it just opened and enjoyed the experience. My mom wanted me to try it. So we went through the drive through. It took a while since it was busy but we didn’t complain.
Our bill total was $66.11.
A few days later my mom noticed an additional charge of $6.79.
Apparently Sonny’s drive through gives themselves tips without your permission. I get that it’s the holidays but tips should be earned...read full review
