I popped into Starbucks for a little pick-me-up and treated myself to a vanilla latte. Let me just say it was absolutely delicious, creamy, and exactly the cozy comfort I needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the baristas were super friendly. Overall, just a lovely little moment of joy in my day!

I ordered two frappe’s on the mobile app at the exact same time, One of them comes out the other one doesn’t I’m frustrated because I don’t want the one to melt while I’m waiting for the other one. I hear the guy say something to the manager, who was trying to be nice when the manager tells him I don’t care we’re busy he’ll be fine. That is not customer service that is not how you deal with people. I literally didn’t say anything because I was trying to be nice, but since you want to mumble nasty stuff underneath your breath, I think it’s important for people to know what your work ethic is really like. For 20 dollars for two coffees perhaps You should hire managers mature enough to not make comments in front of the patrons!

There are two Starbucks in our area. This one is the worst of the two. The customer service is horrible. The last time I went to this establishment, it was extremely busy. I placed my order in person. A guy came in about 10 minutes after I did, he also placed his order in person, but the person working the register knew his order by heart and called him by first name. I am pretty sure they were likely friends, or he was a regular, or both. They made his order immediately while the rest of us that had been waiting for quite a while continued to wait. I haven’t been back since. And to make matters worse, my drink was disgusting! Stay away from this location.

I waited at the counter for 3min while an employee watched me waiting for service. The same employee finally asked if he could take my order. This is so inappropriate. By the way, he just standing not working. But staring at me. Why would I give you my $$. You clearly don't want to serve this customer!

I live in Lakeland and literally pass 2 other locations to come here! I'm greeted with the biggest, warmest and truly genuine smiles. It truly gets my morning off to a great start! I've only seen them remain level-headed and smile. No matter how rude the customer is being. Which doesn't happen too often because they're amazing! They've never gotten my order wrong absolutely, not even once. And i've been coming for 6 months to this location. They make my drink perfectly every time, you can't ask for anything better than wonderful service with a smile. Accurate orders and making you feel welcome every visit.
