I waited in the drive through about 7 minutes to be told that the scanner was down and I could not use my app. That should have been stated upon ordering. I was gifted a Starbucks gift card and was told it was easiest to load on to the app to make payments… 😑 I am not asking for free things but the barista should have said that at the speaker while I was ordering, my time is valuable. I am very very disappointed in the team here, the girl couldn’t care less I mean dang talk about the customers loss. I had to look at the drink I ordered and drive away bc unfortunately I left my purse at home. Thank you for making a bad day worse! I’m sure the could have given me the green tea and I sure hope they didn’t just throw it along with my chocolate pastry away. Just awful 😢

When they send you a drink through DoorDash that is not properly packaged and it spills/ruins the entire order they will not do anything to make it right for you. Marie has a very bland, dull, unempathetic way of handling mistakes, she essentially said “oh well” What costs the company Pennie’s to replace is more important than the integrity of their service and the way they treat their customers.

Beans soaked in formaldehyde and served way too hot (barraged by sugar-infused chemicals just to make it palatable) by the friendliest people you could ever wish for. My wife loves the coffee. I'd rather drink gas station swill, personally, but the staff, again, get a thumbs up, a wink, and a tip.

There are TWO Starbucks in this area, but this location is the better of the two. I’ve only had an issue once or twice (drink not made appropriately) but the good experiences I’ve had far outweigh the bad.

This location can’t seem to get it together. I can count on this location to make my drink (iced shaken espresso) with 90% milk and 10% espresso. They’re consistent in getting it wrong. I go to the location at the corner of Hwy 17 down the road and they always get it right. I’m not sure what the issue is with this specific location. Maybe more training is needed? Unfortunately at my work place when we order Starbucks to be delivered it’s always this location. Shaken espressos should be more brown than white.
