When they send you a drink through DoorDash that is not properly packaged and it spills/ruins the entire order they will not do anything to make it right for you. Marie has a very bland, dull, unempathetic way of handling mistakes, she essentially said “oh well” What costs the company Pennie’s to replace is more important than the integrity of their service and the way they treat their customers.

Beans soaked in formaldehyde and served way too hot (barraged by sugar-infused chemicals just to make it palatable) by the friendliest people you could ever wish for. My wife loves the coffee. I'd rather drink gas station swill, personally, but the staff, again, get a thumbs up, a wink, and a tip.

There are TWO Starbucks in this area, but this location is the better of the two. I’ve only had an issue once or twice (drink not made appropriately) but the good experiences I’ve had far outweigh the bad.

This location can’t seem to get it together. I can count on this location to make my drink (iced shaken espresso) with 90% milk and 10% espresso. They’re consistent in getting it wrong. I go to the location at the corner of Hwy 17 down the road and they always get it right. I’m not sure what the issue is with this specific location. Maybe more training is needed? Unfortunately at my work place when we order Starbucks to be delivered it’s always this location. Shaken espressos should be more brown than white.
This is a great Starbucks! The employees make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, the beverages and food are consistently done well, and there is ample indoor and outdoor seating that creates an inviting atmosphere. If you’re in Winter Haven, this is the Starbucks to visit!

This is the only starbucks i have to ask for extra inclusions .. their refreshners are very ridiculously bland, specialy fridays and weekends! Not sure who runs the machines those dayd but please ask. Him to review the recepies .. this is the only close by starbucks and they always do my refreshners very bland!

I called corporate today on this location. I was a regular at this location. I order a caramel ribbon crunch medium with extra shot of expresso. I get to the window the guy scan my gift card then pass me my drink with a receipt. Gave me a small caramel ribbon crunch. I look at the recipet it said extra ice. They did not make what I asked for. The guy cashier said we didn't charge you for a medium. That's not the point I asked for a medium star ribbon crunch with a shot of express. I ask to speak to a manager. Another worker was a girl whp came to the window trying to tell me. What I order she the one who messed up my order. I asked Again where is the manager. Then the guy walks off to get the manager the girl who messed up my order was talking about me to another employee like I couldn't hear her. I heard everything she said. The girl name savannah comes to the window. I ask are you the manager she said yes. I told her everything about my order being wrong in her employee talking about me to another employee. They wouldn't give me there names. Savannah had on her name tag. I told the supposed to be manager savannah I am calling corporate. They are unprofessional the people she had working thw window this morning.

I hate that this is the closest Starbucks to me because they can never do anything correctly. It started last week every time we order now we get the wrong drinks. We used to order from here every day for the last four months. Sad to say that’s over. Whatever they did, they need to fix immediately. as you can see, I ordered Matcha in the photo. I literally got the opposite of what I ordered. The worst part is that I’m allergic to what they gave me. I should drink it and sue them on purpose. When I called to talk to the owner the supervisor Ren said it’s a common mistake. I told her I disagreed and she got upset and hung up the phone. I definitely won’t be ordering from here anymore.
