This place. The workers here are rude and stuck up. The attitude from just doing their job is crazy. I get a good made coffee maybe 1 out of 6 times I come here. If you say something they say theyll remake it (with an attitude of course). Who has time for that? Cant get it remade if you get DD. If you dont want to make coffee, then dont work in a cafe. Good thing a new cafe is opening up.
I went here today which is the normal Starbucks I go too the only one that makes my drink correct. I tried something different today and got a secret menu item it’s not their fault they didn’t know how too exactly make it but they tried twice anyways and then just let me get a different drink very nice of them to go above and beyond and I really do appreciate it cause I was being a little difficult unintentionally.
I placed a mobile order for 1 coffee that said it would take 6-12 minutes. after 15 minutes I don’t receive a notification. any other time I order I always get a notification that my drink is ready. (a couple times I went inside before getting the notification so I knew to wait until after). there wasn’t a line in the drive through and there wasn’t much cars parked out, so I go inside to discover my coffee was already sitting on the counter. by the looks of it, you can easily tell it had been watered down so it was sitting there for a while. what was the reason of not notifying the customer if the store isn’t busy?
not to mention when I walked in, the workers didn’t even acknowledge me. is this how starbucks wants to be represented as a company. i’ve had so many issues with this specific location and I only return because it is close to me. very disappointed by the management team.
Not sure what’s going on with this Starbucks lately, all the great employees that I used to see everyday are no longer there and more than half the time they are out of ingredients to make drinks, I’m never one to complain or write reviews, but they seem to be struggling there lately.
Went inside and waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks, 3 people who came in after me had already gotten their orders and when I asked one of the workers about it all they could say was they were backed up and there was still 2 more people ahead of me. Will never come back to this Starbucks again!

Had a horrible experience with a supervisor named Kim. The drive thru staff stole cash. I paid for a friend behind me on my card (both transactions went through, I checked my account). And when they pulled up they took my friends cash and didn't say anything about it. When we confronted the staff about this, KIM laughed in my face and said "its probably an accident it HAPPENS ALL THE TIME." This is lunacy. I can't imagine how many times I've paid for random people behind me, only for them to have their money stolen, as well.
This is shameful.

I was there in red cup day and while I was being handed my drink the lid came off and the drink had spilled on me and it got on my car. I was not offered an apology they just said they would give me napkins. Normally I would be alright and just gone home and cleaned up. But in this case I was dressed in my scrubs for work and I was running a bit behind. I was also shocked that I had to ask if I get a red cup after I ordered a holiday drink. I know it was a crazy busy day but an apology goes a long way. I have unfortunately made the decision that I am not going back to this location.

Chey you have a huge attitude problem with customers asking basic questions. Find a job more suitable for you.
Stopped in for some drinks, everyone was more interested in having a conversation that carried on forever, finally I asked if my drinks were ready and they said oh no we didn’t even start it. Meanwhile customers are waiting and they could care less!! They also said no manager was there to voice my complaint. Ridiculous!!

Today 6:00pm 10/16/24 went through drive up window ordered non dairy matcha with cold foam plus paid $1.49 for extra cold foam on the side, they barely put any cold foam in cup forgot cookie crumbles then I popped back inside to ask for more cold foam Starbucks team member girl was immediately rude to me not friendly like all other Starbucks just because I asked for what I paid for. Even the manager wasn’t very friendly she did resolve matter but the whole ordeal made us feel very uncomfortable, so unnecessary. Not the Starbucks way, unlike the other hundreds of other Starbucks we have been to, never been given an issue. Starbucks employee slamming metal cup around telling me that she was told not to give extra cold foam, like get real. Even the app has a selection to get EXTRA cold foam for the same price. Just give me what I paid for and if you don’t like your job get another because Starbucks is for the kind hearted. Have a better day!!

As a local, I frequently visit this location but the past several visits I’ve been so disappointed in the quality. Between the over roasted coffee and the lack of supplies my order always comes out wrong. My once daily luxury has changed to disappointment. Please work on providing quality drinks, having to travel across town to receive my correct drink order is not ideal.
