I called corporate today on this location. I was a regular at this location. I order a caramel ribbon crunch medium with extra shot of expresso. I get to the window the guy scan my gift card then pass me my drink with a receipt. Gave me a small caramel ribbon crunch. I look at the recipet it said extra ice. They did not make what I asked for. The guy cashier said we didn't charge you for a medium. That's not the point I asked for a medium star ribbon crunch with a shot of express. I ask to speak to a manager. Another worker was a girl whp came to the window trying to tell me. What I order she the one who messed up my order. I asked Again where is the manager. Then the guy walks off to get the manager the girl who messed up my order was talking about me to another employee like I couldn't hear her. I heard everything she said. The girl name savannah comes to the window. I ask are you the manager she said yes. I told her everything about my order being wrong in her employee talking about me to another employee. They wouldn't give me there names. Savannah had on her name tag. I told the supposed to be manager savannah I am calling corporate. They are unprofessional the people she had working thw window this morning.

I hate that this is the closest Starbucks to me because they can never do anything correctly. It started last week every time we order now we get the wrong drinks. We used to order from here every day for the last four months. Sad to say that’s over. Whatever they did, they need to fix immediately. as you can see, I ordered Matcha in the photo. I literally got the opposite of what I ordered. The worst part is that I’m allergic to what they gave me. I should drink it and sue them on purpose. When I called to talk to the owner the supervisor Ren said it’s a common mistake. I told her I disagreed and she got upset and hung up the phone. I definitely won’t be ordering from here anymore.

I placed an order for pickup and once I get there they inform me the items I placed for pickup are out of stock.. so I ask her what’s available and she starts stuttering so I ask her to refund me the money and she said she has to get a manager and just stands there instead of doing the task of getting a manager. so you can’t name what’s available to purchase and you don’t wanna get a manager so I can get a refund. starbucks what in the world

This place. The workers here are rude and stuck up. The attitude from just doing their job is crazy. I get a good made coffee maybe 1 out of 6 times I come here. If you say something they say theyll remake it (with an attitude of course). Who has time for that? Cant get it remade if you get DD. If you dont want to make coffee, then dont work in a cafe. Good thing a new cafe is opening up.

I went here today which is the normal Starbucks I go too the only one that makes my drink correct. I tried something different today and got a secret menu item it’s not their fault they didn’t know how too exactly make it but they tried twice anyways and then just let me get a different drink very nice of them to go above and beyond and I really do appreciate it cause I was being a little difficult unintentionally.

I placed a mobile order for 1 coffee that said it would take 6-12 minutes. after 15 minutes I don’t receive a notification. any other time I order I always get a notification that my drink is ready. (a couple times I went inside before getting the notification so I knew to wait until after). there wasn’t a line in the drive through and there wasn’t much cars parked out, so I go inside to discover my coffee was already sitting on the counter. by the looks of it, you can easily tell it had been watered down so it was sitting there for a while. what was the reason of not notifying the customer if the store isn’t busy?

not to mention when I walked in, the workers didn’t even acknowledge me. is this how starbucks wants to be represented as a company. i’ve had so many issues with this specific location and I only return because it is close to me. very disappointed by the management team.

Not sure what’s going on with this Starbucks lately, all the great employees that I used to see everyday are no longer there and more than half the time they are out of ingredients to make drinks, I’m never one to complain or write reviews, but they seem to be struggling there lately.

Went inside and waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks, 3 people who came in after me had already gotten their orders and when I asked one of the workers about it all they could say was they were backed up and there was still 2 more people ahead of me. Will never come back to this Starbucks again!

Over Flow

Had a horrible experience with a supervisor named Kim. The drive thru staff stole cash. I paid for a friend behind me on my card (both transactions went through, I checked my account). And when they pulled up they took my friends cash and didn't say anything about it. When we confronted the staff about this, KIM laughed in my face and said "its probably an accident it HAPPENS ALL THE TIME." This is lunacy. I can't imagine how many times I've paid for random people behind me, only for them to have their money stolen, as well.

This is shameful.

I was there in red cup day and while I was being handed my drink the lid came off and the drink had spilled on me and it got on my car. I was not offered an apology they just said they would give me napkins. Normally I would be alright and just gone home and cleaned up. But in this case I was dressed in my scrubs for work and I was running a bit behind. I was also shocked that I had to ask if I get a red cup after I ordered a holiday drink. I know it was a crazy busy day but an apology goes a long way. I have unfortunately made the decision that I am not going back to this location.
