This is the best ‘Bucks in the area (Winter Haven, Bartow) in terms of layout for writers/studiers. I took to Google Reviews today to shout out Jenna the barista. I’ve ordered dark roasts from coast to coast. Usually Starbucks personnel say, “all we have is pike.” Jenna not only brewed a fresh dark roast for me, but she upsized me. In a world of pastel colored teas and floating strawberries, sometimes us black coffee people feel under-prioritized. Today I drink my anniversary blend in honor of a real American hero: the barista willing to brew dark roast.

Easily one of the worst locations to get a Frappuccino beverage from, more than half the time we order one there is an issue with that specific item.Service is about what you’d expect from any location, nothing more nothing less.With how busy this location can become, it can also be an extreme challenge trying to park or line up for the drive thru, specially if you need access to the handicap space.

Service and atmosphere is very unpleasant. No one ever says hi when come in. The baristas always have a look on their face like you’re bothering them. every time i come the baristas seem to be unhappy. The barista, Haley, looks unhappy to be there. never smiling. Unfortunately today she made my drink. Looks like she had a draining day or that could be her personality on a normal day. Well she walked off to the back and someone else made it. I’ll make this my last trip to this store. I used to work at Starbucks when i was younger so i get it. it can be very chaotic, but having a poor attitude won’t get you far.

If I could give it a zero, I would!!! we go at night not knowing when they close because we just left from a competition in that area and are not from this area. There were three people working and nobody came to the window to say sorry we’re closed ,they just let us sit there, then I go to the door and ask if they’re closed? They didn’t even look at me, horrible staff and horrible customer service. It’s really simple to say hey we are closed instead of ignoring them.
