Management is rude and incompetent. When I asked to get my food replaced because it didn’t taste right the guy that had answered mocked me I had to ask for a manager. When he asked for a manager and I could hear the manager talking smack about how I was “lying and trying to get free food” when I even offered to bring the food back. I wasn’t asking for anything except for what I had to be remade! talk about it beyond unprofessional this place sucks. This was the second time I ordered here the first time I ordered they forgot an entire sub off a 2 sub order. What ever they are smoking they need to stop smoking it and do their job or just close this place down. I’ll stick to the Walmart subway at least they are nice.

Seem to always be out of certain ingredients and I often get incorrect orders whenever I order online.
Problem could be on the apps side but the printed receipt has everything correctly.
I still go here because it's convenient and relatively close to my job. I just hope they can straighten a few things out.

Was not prepared for guest when I went in. Everything in soda machine was empty and the bottle and can drinks were also empty
Decided to try the Philly cheesesteak. It should be called the Philly mistake. All bread and almost no filling. It was microwaved and the bread was incredibly chewy. The worst cheesesteak I have ever had. They should be embarrassed to sell this.

Last night I ordered a sandwich and after seeing what they did to it. I realized I probably had ordered it near the time they leave but had I thought of that of course I wouldn’t have
but.. this was done out of spite 100%. Even if someone orders extra mayo there’s nooo way they would think this is acceptable and no I did not order extra mayo the worst part is this is extremely MEAN. My 80 yo Mother could not eat this. This is inedible and she went to sleep last night without dinner. I don’t want a refund or anything but I will be going to that store and speaking whomever did this

I ordered online in the store to get discount.
Because I wanted to tell them how I wanted it made. I let them know this. It was a hard thing for the employees to grasp. Last time I ordered online it was not how I liked it. In fact it was disgusting. I thought that was what Subway was about making a sub the way I wanted. Had to wait 15 minutes for bread to bake. Now there is someone else working. Still not understanding what I was saying to make it the way I wanted.
I was literally the only one there. Not like they were under pressure. Scraping the bottom of the bucket for toppings when there was a whole fresh bucket right beside it. I'm sorry ? I just tried again to get my sandwich from here.
Thinking I could influence anything in person.
It just wasn't expecting the resistance.
Germaine and Michael were awesome. Best subway experience In have had, possibly one of the best food experiences I have had in Winter Haven. They handled the crowd and then online orders efficiently and were very pleasant to interact with. Great hires!

Went in for lunch with a buddy of mine, the staff was great. However only one person was on duty in the entire store to fulfill online orders and take care of a line of customers. The line walked out me included, unfortunately due to the lack of staff.

We just were told by Lily there isn't any bread after we were on line for 10 minutes. She said that the breads would take an hour.I want free sandwiches for Josephine Matias and my husband Eddy Mercado.This is ridiculous when we were so hungry!!Where is the manager???? 422 Subway in Winter Haven, Florida next to staples.

I am not pleased at all with my order. I ordered online, as always. When I reached the restaurant, my order was not on the pick up rack. It was behind the counter, the chips were wrong, and I was told to get my own chips. When I reached home, the bread was not what I asked for, it was the white bread and I ordered Italian Herb and cheese. When I called to the restaurant, it took forever for someone to answer. When he finally did, he really didn't say anything to my complaint. So, I'm not happy about the service at all. I just ask that they pay attention to detail and have the correct order ready when the customer gets there.

I went in today March.2 2024 at 12:20 and didn’t get out til 1:10 almost an hour wait. There were just 2 employees working. A girl and a guy, the guy was doing well but the girl seem to be more in the back and you could tell she just wasn’t in the mood to work. A couple had a large order ahead of me and that was fine. But I was next for what ever toppings I wanted and I had Waited about 40 mins. My sandwich’s were cold… and she decides to step away and leave me waiting just to fix something in the back…. She had 1 percent customer service. I won’t be going again any time soon. And then to be charged $18 for a half sandwich and a flatbread was ridiculous (no drinks, no chips or cookies?!?!). About 4 people on line walked out because they were waiting too long. It was ridiculous especially if you’re going on your lunch break and have 30 mins. They should know better and have more staff. I’m done.
