Subway

We always used to come to eat to this subway and we stop going because they where always out of stuff store wasn’t clean and just bad well Saturday we decided to stop by because we haven’t been in a long time and when we walked through the front door we automatically new it was being ran by someone different store smelled so good everything was so nice and clean all the food looked fresh and they where not out of anything meet the new manger Tiffany she is doing a awesome job great customer service skills and friendly smile subway you made the right choice having Miss Tiffany running your store she’s going Amazing job and we definitely will start to come back more now !

Every time I come in here they have no herb and cheese bread, they have no wheat, no provolone, no onions

Tiffany was the manager on shift and she was to busy watching her daughter than working and managing a team. I feel bad for this kid

They never listen to the directions when placing online orders

Gave me food poisoning yesterday. I lost 2 to 3 pounds with all the vomiting.

This restaurant only gets 5 stars because of one employee. That would be Nerline. I’ve been coming to this subway actively, for several months now. Every evening whenever I come in, Nerline is the only employee who shows a positive effort into fixing a quality sandwich.

She is very kind and actively listens to your order without a problem. She displays a great work ethic and moves at a fast paste.

Whenever I come in and I see Nerline working, i instantly get happy! Even after a long day, she shows gratitude for what she’s doing. She’s truly an asset to this location and one of the best workers I have ever seen.

Management is rude and incompetent. When I asked to get my food replaced because it didn’t taste right the guy that had answered mocked me I had to ask for a manager. When he asked for a manager and I could hear the manager talking smack about how I was “lying and trying to get free food” when I even offered to bring the food back. I wasn’t asking for anything except for what I had to be remade! talk about it beyond unprofessional this place sucks. This was the second time I ordered here the first time I ordered they forgot an entire sub off a 2 sub order. What ever they are smoking they need to stop smoking it and do their job or just close this place down. I’ll stick to the Walmart subway at least they are nice.
