This restaurant only gets 5 stars because of one employee. That would be Nerline. I’ve been coming to this subway actively, for several months now. Every evening whenever I come in, Nerline is the only employee who shows a positive effort into fixing a quality sandwich.

Because I wanted to tell them how I wanted it made. I let them know this. It was a hard thing for the employees to grasp. Last time I ordered online it was not how I liked it. In fact it was disgusting. I thought that was what Subway was about making a sub the way I wanted. Had to wait 15 minutes for bread to bake. Now there is someone else working. Still not understanding what I was saying to make it the way I wanted.
