The bread was very stale. There's no way the guys making sandwiches can't tell if it's fresh or not. If we had eaten it there, they would have gotten it right back. Unfortunately we were stuck with lousy stale sandwiches at home.

I what a refund the service was horrible they didn’t have anything I wanted and I got two sandwiches one was the chicken teriyaki sandwich and a hot shot Italiano and it was missing half of the stuff I wanted I was so disappointed in how bad the service was i stood there for 30 minutes and did not get a word spoken to me i will be returning to that subway one last time for a refund the guy that served me was slower then a snail I am very unsatisfied

Subway artist missing. Place was open with no one overseeing the place. The Walmart receipt door checker went looking for her. When she came back, she did not apologize for her absence HOWEVER she pouted rules sternly! Saying my Walmart purchased drink and Walmart deli small mashed potatoes sides RESTRICTED ME FROM DINING-IN, EVEN IF I PURCHASED A SUB. She then had a negative attitude tone asking what I wanted. Self-preservation concerned for possible angry revenge tampering. I said this whole situation made me angry and I will not buy here. Walked away peaceably.

When the manager person opens Monday thru Friday they never open on time always late because she is busy stalking napkins and straws today was especially slow finally at 8:10 I asked if she would open soon as I have to be at work she responded I have to stock first. That is exactly what they can do stock because I will never go back there. I go through this three times a week I will drive 10 minutes further where they open up on time stop what they are doing to take care of the customer.stay away from Walmart subway winter haven

Totally disappointed. They gave very Subway a bad name! I placed an online order through my app because I frequent Subway. Not only is it obvious that a reading level isn't required because none of my requests or instructions were not followed but the bread was old the store was filthy and an overall waste of my money and a terrible experience. I’m Hangry now!! And my lunch is over!

My goodness as soon as I arrived the Subway employee rude didn’t say one word to me even when I said thank you and he gave me the worst Churros in the planet super hard that almost broke my tooth. Just horrible.

New employee was rude to my wife. I have a toddler son with autism who is non-verbal and is picky about his food textures. My wife walked into the Subway with my daughter and autistic son, it was a hot day (100 degrees or greater) and she had to sit for a moment before ordering . She gave a small snack to my son (I remind you, he is a toddler and then went to the counter to order and the employee after making her food told her in a haughty tone "You know you can't eat anything but Subway in here?" She then crumpled up the receipt and threw it to the side instead of handing it to my wife before turning and facing away like she was ignoring her. I have been going to that Subway for as long as it has been in the Walmart and employees of Walmart have eaten their lunch (Non Subway) for years. I won't go back while that employee continues to work there, with inflation and fast food consumers falling away, you would think they would teach their employees manners and customer service skills. Let them die out by their own actions.
