I ordered from the app and went in to see Shai the store manager and there was another young lady also working the atmosphere alone made you feel at home it’s clean and organized I definitely give them a 10 out of 10 and will be back

First of all we placed an online order at a different subway location, upon arrival for pickup they informed us they had no chicken or much of anything else food wise, and we could have our order refunded. We then arrived here and gave a copy of our previous online order to them. We were served by Mckayellah and Tia. They were absolutely wonderful, great!! They were extremely kind, friendly, and so willing to help us!!! I would whole heartedly recommend going to see them as they will definitely take care of your needs and make it a very nice experience!! Thank you to you both, you are greatly appreciated!!!!.

Makayellah was great she made my sandwich exactly how I wanted with no attitude which is what we usually get. Even gave me more olives like I asked, and she’s sure sweet and was very patient. I would come again for her 🙂

Just left there. Did not even order. Rude staff. Only customer in store and waited over five minutes for staff to finish their personal conversations before I was even acknowledged. Probably because this store is directly across from Legoland and doesn't get much repeat customers. I will never set foot in this or any other subway again. Especially when Publix is next door.
I did a online order and I wait like a hour and 1/2 because if was 1 employee no good for customer wait.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. There were only two employees and no other customers in line, yet I was completely ignored. One employee was preparing sandwiches, apparently for an online order, and instead of attending to me, the second employee decided to help her instead of taking my order. I had to wait for them to finish before one of them finally decided to assist me.
I greeted the employee politely, and she didn’t even say hello back. The service was incredibly rude. They should have better customer service. She didn’t ask if I wanted a combo or anything else—I had to explain my order, she charged me, and then just left me standing there without even offering a drink.
The worst part? They wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking. I can’t imagine how bad the service must be when the place is actually busy. I will never come back here again.

Worst experience ever. Ordered 3 6 " sandwiches. Store was out of meatball balls, how does that happen? Both turkey sandwiches had half the meat they normally should have. Out of onion as well. The 6" tuna sandwich had very little tune. My wife said it was like tuna flavored bread. Diners should drive a few minutes further and order from another Subway shop.
This store should be shut down as it is giving Subway store's a bad reputation. For the record I eat a Subway store's once every 2 weeks, but was very disappointed with this location. NEVER AGAIN! Feel ripped off.
