No bread 2nd time in a week. Either plain tough white bread or a Flatbread. Meat tasted old didn't eat our sandwich.Getting way over priced . No fountain drinks machine broke and no ice .Place isn't very clean. Oh well we won't be getting subs from this place again .

Horrible customer service! I’ve tried two times to purchase few subs from this location and worker don’t greet, try to communicate with me so I can place my order. Today 6/15/2015 I went in and stood in front of the female worker and she kept head down didn’t acknowledge I was there after 15 minutes I walked out. I went to Wawa ordered 6 subs excellent service! I would not recommend this location they need training on greeting customers and customer service.
Our order was 2 wraps. But we ask for flatbread, but flatbread wasn’t available just lavash bread. First NO. If we can have half wrap, second NO. (Apparently this rules varies by restaurants). We ask heat the lavash, third NO. If I ask heat the lavash. Just heat it.. I know the bread gets hard and has a weird taste. But is warm not cold. I am paying, serve my order as I requested. I remember when Subway was a good option , no anymore and this restaurant on this location, first and last.

On march 29 an employee named Destinee was going above and beyond with the service, provided with great communication asked me exactly what I wanted and made my day . Will need people like that taking their job professionally

This subway has a new metal cover over the meat side and I could not see the meat options or what the meat looked like. The whole point in subway is being able to see and pick what you want on your sub. I will not be going back to this subway.

Very rude, poor customer service. Food is not neatly prepared. I do door dash and will not be picking up orders from this location due to the rude employees I deal with each time I go there. They never have orders ready and take two long to prepare them. Stay away from this subway.
Girl was on the phone and wouldnt take my order
1 employee on at noon. Very rude. She had dyed red and orange hair (sorry I didn't get her name). She was ringing me up and I asked her how much the pretzels were. Her response was I don't know. She rang up my sandwich and asked me if I wanted one. Told her I may after I eat. She finished ringing me up and I again asked for the price. She didn't know. I asked uf the price was on the menu board and her response was I don't know it might be under thesides. She was rude like customers didn't matter. She kept telling customers she was by herself and she had 9 sandwiches to make for a togo order. Saw 4 costomers walk out without ordering. Won't visit here again. Other places want my business.
Vegetarian options: Variety was good
The lady that fixed our sandwiches was very good at what she does and the food was as expected
