This subway restaurant does not answer your calls. I am a nurse that works nights and I try to order here and sometimes when there are issues with an order and they just cancel and never reach out to let you know why and they do not pick up their phones at night. This is terrible. Sometimes they also send whatever they want when they don’t have something instead of reaching out to ask if this is ok.

I’ve been here a few times recently to be disappointed. I only like the meatball sub and twice when I’ve been there they didn’t have any meatballs and another time I went there they didn’t have any sub bread. So 3 times I ended up without a sub and had to go else where to eat. Staff is really friendly and nice. But How can you run a sub business and not have bread to make the subs? Must be bad management or something.

Rude management so of course I expect rude staff as well. When you first step in, no one acknowledges you, when you’re ordering they are either rushing you or get mad if you’re asking questions. If you’re going to be in the service industry, work on your people skills.

I guess one of the requirements to work here is to be angry! Everything I have been in this place the employees are rude and mean. You scared to ask for alittle extra ingredients on your sandwich cause they will be mad. This place is in desperate need of customer service coaching!!! Only reason they have business is cause it's convenient for the hospital employees.

This place deserves 0 stars. First off, the bread was over cooked and brown. So, I asked the young man was all if it like that he said yes, as he shook his head no as Is I was wrong. So I said let me get a salad...he asked the black guy to make it for what ever reason....He was spanish. Ok. Then I guess Veronica Hicks was on the register....the black black asked me was I getting anything in my salad. ..I'm like okkkkkk. So Ms Veronica decided to jump in after I told both young men they needed patience so then said to me they do have patience and began to get argumentative as I explained the behavior of the Spanish guys. But really you keep trying to argue with me for what reason....because she wanted to throw her weight around that she was the owner and her number is on door. I'm like wow. They refused to wait on me. It's their attitude in there. If your paying for food, why not give customers what they for. Yall bread is over cooked and with that attitude you won't las6 as a owner. You must be teachable and not trying to be arrogant. She needs customer service training. Go look back at your cameras to see that young man shaking his head to me.

Maximum Truth!!!!

Where to start, this place the coffee machine is broke down all the time. Now they don't carry spinach wraps or tomato wraps for diabetics on a lower carb diet. Then have their drinks are out of stock. I went in there got a diet Dr pepper went up to my friend's room to visit him next thing you know I'm throwing up the diet Dr pepper I don't know if they're not cleaning right or what but it's been a few people for my understanding here in the hospital that have been sick from the store. They should never have took away joffrey's coffee. We never had these issues my advice has stay away this place is a seth pool!!!!

Paid for a 6” got a 4 1/2 with 4 meatballs they didn’t have the cheese I wanted the soda machine was down the girls have headphones on I mean come on!

The two girls that are working at this location are nasty they snicker about peoples appearances I’m not the skinniest person but there’s no reason to be calling me fat under their breath. Subway has forever lost me as a customer..

Brownish green lettuce with whitish red tomatoes (more white, not ready) on our sandwhich. Baught a \"specialty coffee\" that had none of the named ingredients in the drink. Ordered 8 cookies 4 cheesecake rasp and 4 macadamia choc. I was given 8 raspberry cheesecake. When i cwlled to tell them about the meal, mgr said \"i have too many customes and see to many faces to remember \" with out reciept i cant replace it. She also said our coffe is starbucks coffee i dont name the drinks. This is what you ordered. I said it was not.... she walked away and continued doing something in the back. i wasnt looking for a freebie but what i paid for. Manager was rude. Didnt even let the cashier person take my order. No smiles nor sense of humor. A dry non friendly place to go. Will not go there again.
