Just ordered from uber eats and in not 1 but both of the tacos I ordered had a very very VERY long hair in it… please wear hair nets, or tie hair back. i was absolutely disgusted didn’t finish either taco after. (May 21st, 2025 @ 12:25am)
(July 31st 2025 @ 10:20pm) I sat at the speaker for 10-15 minutes, no cars in front of me and a line behind me. I finally had to say “hello?” And she took my order, I said “3 crunch regular tacos and mild sauce please.”… I get up to the window and she was rude! Can take everyone else’s order just fine, but took forever getting mine. Get better employees please. I understand it’s fast food, I’ve worked in fast food, but cmon really?

Getting worse gave 4 starts 5 years ago today I am changing this to 1 star literally got a cantina crispy taco with 3 pieces of meat inside…. Get to work very disappointed

Every time we come through the drive-thru here at Taco Bell on 3rd Street Winter Haven most the time our order is wrong, missing food or it's cold. They should look into getting a new speaker for their drive-thru because another issue we've had is having to repeat ourselves several times over and over and then finally we drive to the window and order, still most times order is incomplete and food is cold.

I use drive up. They serve French fries now, and they are delicious! The delightful surprise is that they actually taste like potatoes!! Make sure you tell them you want them hot/try one b4 u drive away. Staff usually friendly.
