The guy at the counter was interesting. I felt he was possibly drunk or high Friendly but creepy flirting with a teenager, and he wast in his late 40s, but his co workers just did their jobs looking akward at him. It was something. Won't be back.

Breakfast was the only reason why we even went to Taco Bell and now you stopped serving it. Always get sick from the reg menu items no matter what it is.

Came through drive thru 08/10/24 . Was immediately told prior to ordering that they ran out of ground beef. After waiting a long time, we discovered we were given incorrect food items, and had some items missing from our order, as well as some of the items were lukewarm at best.

If I could give a big fat 0 for how pissed I am I would. I pulled up to the window and got a taco bell greeting with a deep sigh of dreadfulness in her voice. While I sat there waiting on my son to decide I was asked 4 times by 2 different people if I needed help with the menue. They were not asking in a kind way. The aggrivated nasty tones had showed me they were too concerned about their drive through time than the customer. I do not want people that treat customers nasty makeing my food. I left and went to mcdonalds.

Sunday July 21st 2024. After church arrived at this Taco Bell on havendale boulevard in Winter Haven to have lunch. When one of the employees with sleeping in one of the booths with his shirt pulled up. When we went to make a complaint we were cussed out and thrown out of the store we we're told it was okay for the employee to be sleeping in the booth. Get the cursing was uncalled for. We were just saying it wasn't professional and the guy told us to get out called my girlfriend at Fu____ Bitc_. Told us to leave and stood there and block the doors. This was very uncalled for and I believe it should all be on video surely the store videos their employees. My suggestion is do not go into the store if you're going to go there use the drive-thru only because it's very unsanitary for a person to be sleeping in the booth with his shirt up.

Awesome location! The employees here were so helpful when I came to pick up multiple online orders for myself and coworkers. They went above and beyond when one order was accidentally placed for the wrong location picn up - they still helped me get the ordered picked up and called the other location to cancel it for us. Best Taco Bell in the area.
