Guy straight up lied to my face & changed my order. I know for a fact i order the 3 tacos, light lettuce. I watched him completely change my order then preceded to laugh in my face. This location is always like this but hey, it’s pick on me right?? And the guy never gave me the refund receipt and it looks like he charged me again, of course always taking advantage and talking about me.

I’m leaving this review because I went to the drive thru tonight and had asked about the new refresher drinks if they had caffeine, the cashier I spoke to I believe her name is Jazmyne stated that they do and I asked if the green tea could be taken off since I do not want the caffeine. She stated that she could do this to accommodate me and that’s when her manager in the back started yelling at her saying “I told you you cannot modify anything!!” He kept going on so The poor girl had to mute the headset because of how he was behaving. I got so angry. It is not okay for these so called managers who probably have no proper training to be speaking to their fellow co workers like this. It was so embarrassing. This girl was so sweet to me and was trying to satisfy the needs of a customer like you would hope she would and this rude, sorry excuse of a “manager” was yelling at her. Even if it is against policy, he could’ve simply state led it in a respectful way. He needs to do better. I did not get his name but I was so angry and felt so sorry for that sweet girl. Whoever you are, DO BETTER! You’re terrible! 5 star service for Jazmyne. The angry disrespectful guy gets a -5.
i love this taco bell so much. taco bell is definitely my favorite fast food, and this location never disappoints! the staff is always so nice here and my order is always correct. they always give us extra sauce and my food is always piping hot and crispy. thank you for opening this taco bell 🌮🛎️❤️

Zander at the drive thru deserves to a manager!! (Maybe he already is) Every time I come here and he’s in the drive thru my order is always right, he always ask if I would like to donate and when I do he is always so quick to show his gratitude and when I don’t he is still remarkably sweet. I hope this establishment knows what a gem they have in this specific employee! Thank you Zander for always providing excellent customer service!
